We need someone to review issues we are having with WorldPay module in zen-cart. Presently working but not posting orders to customer or into Worldpay.

The login credentials for prestonribbons.com has stopped working. The Resend Password link on the login page does not send an email. I’ve seen some discussion on Zencart forums that suggest making changes in the mysql data base to create a new password. However, I can’t login to the data base with myphpadmin because the password doesn’t work. I would like someone with Zen Cart experience to advise me on how to overcome this problem. The existing cart core code has been modified so its not a simple matter of installing a new cart and restoring the db.
