I am looking for someone that can create me software that will give me the ability to control the amount of “thumbs up” my YouTube comments have. The software will allow any comment that I make on any YouTube video using the software, to always be the Top Comment because I can control the amount of “thumbs up” that it has.
I will provide a video tutorial of a similar software that has the same functionality that I need, so that you will completely understand my needs.
