I have a live twitter related site that is getting traffic however there is a bug that posts the same tweet multiple times, i need that error fixed. There is also an error where if the user picks to display only tweets that are related to “New York” The system doesn’t see it as “new york” but rather pulls all tweets containing the word “New” and “York” I need it fixed so it can tell the difference between a phrase and multiple keywords..

I want to do something like this:

From a user perspective, they should be able to:
- create an account
- pay an upfront fee and monthly subscription (via paypal or google checkout)
- create pages on subdomain (e.g. lastname1.website.com)
- provide specific fields for completion (e.g. name, number, address, etc.) – to be determined and modified by admin
- select from list of available ‘tags’ or ‘keywords’ for each required point of information.

The solution should then:
- utilize the clients selected tags/keywords in search results (i.e. a client tags “apples” in “new york” and subsequently, a person searches the site for “apples” or “new york” or “apples” in “new york”)
- enable the admin to review the data input by client before placing it online.

I know this can be done with PHP pretty easily. Can you do this in WordPress MU?
