Get a Freelance Job

Here is a very easy job for someone.

Go to this site, http://www.aamga.org/Member_List and you will find a small, well-organized list of 500+ members. I’d like the first six fields:

Company
First Name
Last Name
State
Email
Member type

…put into an Excel (preferably) or CSV file.

As you can see, I have a perfect 10 rating on 50 jobs, communicate well, always give back a 10 rating, and I’m happy to place the funds in escrow when you take the job.

In the left column are a list of 10 cities (1 is listed twice because there are two lists. There are a total of less than 100 listings. Each has at least one office, some have several (I guess that there are around 200 entries, total). Most have emails addresses.

The job is to go into each listing, also clicking to each site, to copy/paste the following information into a spreadsheet:
Firm name
Street address
City
State (usually OH, but not always; some have offices in other states)
Phone#
Fax#
Email address
Web site URL

Not all entries have every field, of course.

I need someone to go onto an online database of 208 Illinois contractors and extract the 208 items into an Excel spreadsheet (XLS or CSV).

You can find the site by doing a Google search for “NIBCA Illinois” and it will be the #1 hit. Click Find a Member and the whole list will come up. I need the name, address, city, state, zip, the first phone #, the URL (if there) and the email address (if there). Most have email and urls.
