Psd To Xhtml/css3 – Asap

We have PSD (2 pages) which we want you to code into working XHTML/CSS3 + javascript website.
Design should be advanced, without bugs, hand written, top quality, perhaps some tiny javascripting would be needed, but MOST important is that this should be DONE by end of this week, I’ve already selected someone 7 days ago, but he didn’t not do anything at all…
We want that you’re reliable and you can finish projects in given time frame and we want also that you have Skype for faster communication.
