Need an application to build hotspots for tooltips on images.

ideal process would be this:

1. admin user logs in and uploads an image.
2. the user then can click to make the points (outline) of the polygon area for the hotspot. (the area the end user will mouseover to popout the tooltip)
3. next they input the text/html for the tooltip via wysiwyg editor and hit save.
4. the system spits out code for user to copy and paste in website.

the user would outline each of the fireworks and then input tooltip text / html via wysiwyg editor.

Needs:
1. ability to add html and images in tooltip via wysiwyg editor.
2. use jquery
3. this tooltip plugin: http://flowplayer.org/tools/tooltip.html (with white background graphic they supply as bg)
4. after save system should spit out copy and paste code for webmanager to copy and paste into various spots on website. should be image map and image code inside a div w/ a unique id based on filename or something (multiple instances should work on same page) it should also be the only thing needed to be included in the page for it to work so it will need to load in jquery and initialize the function externally as ideally the tool can be used w/o having to access the head of each document you wanted to use it on.

The goal of this project is to take one of the leading WYSIWYG Editors (we strongly suggest TinyMCE) and adjust it to our requirements.

(For your orientation: The keywords in capital letters you will find as headers in the detailed description. See atachment.)

There are a few FUNDAMENTAL CHANGES to be made to the Editor which focus mainly on the design of the editor.

Apart from these changes there is one META PLUGIN to be programmed. Actually we need quite a few PLUGINS, but they all have a similar structure. So a single Plugin that is very flexible and can be customized by settings and functions should do the job.

This is a posting for modifying a Joomla Virtumart Category template (browse_lite_pdf.php). As a semi programmer i feel my client is needing an additional product description field that can be modified using a wysiwyg editor in the backend of the Virtuemart product editor. This will result in having 2 columns in the category template that will include 2 columns that can be modified using html. Currently I am using the short description field (<?php echo $product_s_desc ?>)in the category view which is can not be editied using a wysiwyg editor, just text.

Conclusion: I am needing 4 columns in the category view displaying the following:
Column 1: image thumbnail: <a href=”<?php echo $product_flypage ?>”><?php echo ps_product::image_tag( $product_thumb_image, ‘class=”browseProductImage” border=”0″ title=”‘.$product_name.’” alt=”‘.$product_name .’”‘ ) ?></a>

and

Column 2: Product Name: echo $product_name

Hi,

I have an intermittent problem with one of my wysiwyg editor areas in Internet Explorer only.
If you look at this image you will see the problem, the top editor is only showing a few icons, the bottom one is fine.

Then click on Add/Edit Custom Content and it will open the page with the problem.
When I click on the ‘edit’ link to edit a block area the wysiwyg editor is ‘sometimes’ not displaying all the menu items (bold, italic etc)
This is an intermittent problem, maybe 1 or 2 times in 10 (refresh between clicking)
I just need it fixing so it works in any browser.
I am willing to use another wysiwyg editor if that is needed, as long as it has the same options.

I am looking for a WYSIWYG editor like the one in wordpress.

Note that the one in wordpress allows you to upload pictures, media such as vidoe and audio and put caption.

It obviously more than just a WYSIWYG editor; that extra functionality is what I need. If you know what you are doing this is a very small project.

Please bid only if you are familiar with this.
