Need Mods To Website…
We are seeking to make some mods to an existing website…

1) all jobs posted should expire after 60 days and automatically relist with the current date.
2)on the following page.. http://www.appraisaltrainee.com/find_appraiser.php
we need the search results to be limited to 20 appraisers per page when “Find Now” is clicked.
3) on the following page.. http://www.appraisaltrainee.com/addindustry_services.php?cat_id=4&stID=
we need the link “Save” to email us first so we can approve a listing and then we can click somewhere “Approve” so that it gets posted on the site.
4)we need a chat function for the link “24/7 Online Chat Support”.
5)we need to make this site international, so there will be a link at the top that says “Appraisal Trainee International”, we have a redesign image of this page.
6)we need an “addthis” button on every job page so a visitor can share it with others “www.addthis.com”
7)on the admin side, we need to be able to edit a members information.
