Very very simple design spec:
Design is to be used on size A5
Im after a checklist sheet to be used by housemaid for a property manage,ent company. Basically the function of the sheet is to act as a checklist for all areas that the housemaid has serviced and also it is to be left for guests to see and comment on so will consist of different allocated areas ie:
Kitchen,
Bathroom, 1,2,3,4
Bedroom 1,2,3,4
Hall etc etc
Under each heading there will be a selection of examples ie:Kitchen
Cooker
Sink
Microwave etc etc and so on.
At the side of these a checkbox.
Comment area for guests and a few more areas for text.
Design must be clean sharp easy to read and tie in with company brand

I am looking for an Excellent logo Designer who can do a logo for me.
First i will need samples of your work. i have the theme im looking for no clip art should be used. i want a vector file so i can resize if need.
