We need someone to create a wordpress website. We need both the front and admin section of wordpress redesigned. You can do something from scratch or use a template and redesign it to what we want. I do not want posts; just pages.
Please do not take liberties on the design. That is the design I want. I just need it to be able to be plugged into wordpress.

I’m looking for someone to provide me with a SE optimized wordpress template for a TEEN site.
I’m looking for something that has 3-4 columns and fully widgetized. Content should be in the left column while the other 2-3 columns are to the right and can easily be managed with widgets. The footer should also be managed with widgets as well.
No category or page tabs should appear in the header. They should all be accessed from the sidebars.
I also want to be able to easily add advertisement before and after posts and pages.
It should have a great banner in the header suitable for TEEN site.
Last but not least, the template should be easy to manage, i.e I upload it, activate it and it’s pretty much ready to go.
