I need 10 Real Estate Premium WordPress-Themes and a Rewrite of the OpenHouse-Theme/Plugin.

1. Rewrite of the OpenHouse Plugins

The Plugins from the OpenHouse-Theme must be rewritten.

Generally :

- OO-Design is prefered
- fully localized with wordpress-translations-tags (__ and _e). I will translate it by myself.

- use the user-pic plugin instead of agent-photo

- the logo-upload plugin could be deleted

RealEstate Plugin :

- add field for default currency to settings-panel
- add field for default ?? (i don’t know the word) to settings-panel (so i could select ‘sq’, or in germany ‘m2′)
- customizable ‘listing-type’ at settings-panel (comma separated input field)
- customizable ‘property-type’ at settings-panel (comma separated input field)

- add field ‘country’ at listings-panel
- add field ‘number of rooms’ at listings-panel
- seperate ‘building size’ and ‘land size’ at listings-panel

- hide all custom-fields at the post-panel (add an underscore in front of the field-name)
