The posts and other content inside my wordpress admin panel need to be changed. The posts are listed verically, which makes it hard for me to read and access them. I need this problem corrected.

I want someone who is experience with the wordpress admin panel that knows its functions. I want everything to be operating properly.

Synopsis:

To create a wordpress plugin that automatically posts to unlimited Twitter accounts through the Twitter API.

Requirements:

-Plugin should be based from this existing plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordtwit/
-New Plugin to randomly select blog posts from wordpress powered site and post to designated twitter accounts at set time intervals or “x” amount of random posts within a 24 hour period.
-Intervals to posting to twitter must be fully customizable in the wordpress admin panel.
-Wordpress admin panel to allow for input of multiple twitter account information and each account can be assigned random times/”X” amount of posts per day as stated above (see www.hootsuite.com).
-I would like to create a list of prefixes that can randomly be added to the beginning of the post on twitter (see www.twitterfeed.com)
-URL’s posted on twitter must use a URL shortener like “wordtwit”. I would prefer each post on twitter to randomly use a different URL shortner.
-When the blog post appears on twitter, I would like customizable anchor text/link in the WordPress admin panel. This link I am referring to is the one that appears in the twitter post at the end where it says “about X hours ago from www.site.com”
-I get the full source code and all rights to it.
