Help With Header

I posted recently project about alternative for flash, so programmer came with idea for this to use normal buttons

Here is the example he made:

Now it must be integrated in my oscommerce shop, he cannot do it because he not know php very well

also need to fix the search input button to match te rest of the buttons (aligning)
