PROJECT CRITERIA

Project plan:

I’d like to have a database of past winners of the week. I’d like to have the winner and losers of the week’s ranking, wins, losses, draws and whatever else saved for that week.
So if in week 1, Red had 100 matches, 20 draws, 50 wins, and 30 losses as the champion of that week it’ll be saved for that week in some archive and further votes will be added but not effect the placement of it for that winning week.

The statistics should be saved in a snapshot for archive and the weekly winner, but still be eligible to score in live and statistics adjusted as such in the Winningest of all time page.
And so in all of week 2 it’ll display Red as the champion at the same statistics. Even if the rankings change in that week. When the end of week 2 comes around I’d like the winner of that week displayed, and the cycle keeps going.

The only page difference I would like for the weekly winner page is at the bottom you have an archive link to different date’s weekly champions.

Friday at noon the winner and losers of the week should be posted for the entire week until the next friday. On the bottom of each page there should be a dynamic list of past winners/list of losers.

Last one I don’t know if it’s so simple. Facebook has a similar application. When someone submits an image I need an even squared image. The image they submit should be able to be cropped to a square size of their choice and submitted. The user should be able to resize and crop.

Sumary: This is to create a HTML page with a slot Machine Java function that we can then skin with whatever banners we want.

I am running a contest that starts today at 12 noon USA Pacific time and runs until 7 am on Monday Sept 7th. This is a small project which purpose is to find the best graphic designer to roll out a national campaign for a new product line in the area of energy savings with Green Products not only for Commercial use but also for Residential use as well.
The logo design name is different from what I am listing but I want to get a feel for the designer ability as well a theme concepts. For the purposed of this contest (which pays $200 dollars to the winner) we will use the Product Name

I have a different type of use for a pixel script and site and I want someone who knows how a pixel site works and can do some changes PHP and MySQL as well as a couple of design changes.

Overview
I aim to use a pixel script to sell property in a lotto, setting the number of pixels and price to the equivalent price of the property.

When the required number of pixels are sold then a winner is chosen.

That’s a simplified explanation and here are some of the features I would need

1) Both scripts I have listed below have a user registration but it will need expanding to include additional contact fields and date of birth and age verification.

2) The ability for the pixel buyer to use their facebook url as the url for the pixels or just to leave url blank and for their image to show in pop up.

3) In the user area a referal link should be shown which includes their username allowing them to send this url to their friends and they will then be logged as their referal.
This is because there will be a prize for the person that refers the winner as well.

4) When admin decides a grid is ready to be awarded then just by clicking a button a winning pixel is chosen, this must be a paid pixel, simple mysql query would do the job as long as its random and easy from admin.
Admin must then be able to see the owner of this winning pixel and also the referrer (if there was one) along with all the contact details.

5) The grid must be able to be put on hold while winner is contacted and then left visible but admin needs to be able to show the grid was won and have a photo of the winner on the grid. ( open to suggestions on how to show this)

6) I also need to have the home page as an information page rather than straight into a pixel grid, the grids should be linked from menus in a side bar. There could be several pixel grids running at one time.

Here are the next things for the site that I would like to get done.

1. For the leagues that get created I want to add a logo. So that we have a logo that we can display
2. When I go on available teams, I want the logo of the team and the logo of the league displayed as well
3. When I click on standings, I need the standings of my teams league displayed without selection but I also need the option later to select other leagues standings as we have it now.
4. The standings need to be colored. Places 1-8 need a color and 9-X another color. I need these colors to be editable in the backend.
5. I need the play offs calculated. This should work as follows. The first eight teams of each league make it into the play offs. They play like this according to their standings: 1vs8,2vs7,3vs6 and 4vs5. They play it as a best of five which means they play until the first team has three wins. The winner moves on to the semi final where the best team of the first round plays the worst. So let’s assume 1,3,4 and 7 won their games, the next round would be 1vs7 and 3vs4. Again, best of five and then the final best of five again.
Of course this needs to be displayed nicely with the games and scores and dates. Each game should be on a different date and the dates should be editable in the backend.
The winner of the highest league in one country should be the champion.
The winner of a lower league should move up one league.
The attendance needs to be calculated for these games as well. We use the formula we already have. I need something in the backend where I can do the following changes:
We have our normal attendance and I want to increase this by X %. This means I want something in the backend for the first play of round where I can set a value for the min and max. For example I want between 20-30% more people I have a min of 20 and a max of 30 in the backend. The program chooses by random a number between 20 and 30 and multiplies the attendance by that number.
The same for the semi finals. I need an option to enter numbers for that and then again for the final.
6. I need the play downs calculated. All teams from position 9 to X need to play the play downs. They will play each other once at home and once away. So in our leagues with 14 teams, we would have 10 games. 5 home games and 5 away games for each team. This will generate a table again and the last team of this table will go down a league.
The last team of the lowest league is just last and nothing happens.
7. We need a balance sheet. This should only be viewable for each manager, so not public. The start budget is what each team gets for the start. Of course each team has spending and income.
Spendings right now are: Players salaries
Earnings right now are: Income from attendance, Sponsor payments (not finished yet)
The salaries of each player need to be deducted after each game. This is the salary per game that the player has. No matter if the player plays or not, this needs to be deducted. Also the amount agreed per goal needs to be deducted if a player scores a goal. This should also be done right after the game.
The income from the attendance needs to be added after each home game to the home team. Of course this is Attendance * ticket price
When something is deducted or added, an Email should be send to the manager and it should be listed on the website in the managers balance.

if you are familiar with phpfox you already know you can upload videos as a default of the software:

task list:
1. when people go to upload their video first they must be logged in to actually be able to have access to that part of the site.

2. after they have logged in they should have to:
+ enter through an enter contest button which will direct them to a pop up window that should let them
+ pay through paypal before they can upload the video to the contest then once they have paid they can
+ enter the title of the entry
+ a description of the entry
+ and upload the video

3. once the video is uploaded the users profile pic should be listed with their regular stats and next to their user info the video info should be listed next to that.

5. the winner of each battle should get paired up with another winner automatically ( this process should repeat itself all the way until their is 1rst, place winner)

6. in the end a list of all the users who entered should be listed in order from 1rst place to the total last.

7. on the visitors index.html page which would be the main page of the site when you first arrive to the site, their should be a “top 10 battle rappers” box showing the profile pics of the winners.

8. the administrators should have control of kicking users out, deleting videos because of the content and the ability to edit the text of each user who enters.

9. all voting should only be limited to each voter only being able to vote once for each battle

the members account should be linked to referrals and bets. When a user places a challenge to another member the amount they wish to bet should also be there and needs to reflect their account balance.

In the admin section their should be a section that also allows the admin to change the percentage of how much the site takes for each bet.

ex: site takes automatic $0.50 per player per bet. If two players agree to a $5.00 game $10.00 total pot, -$0.50 is automatically deducted from each side leaving the total pot at $9.00. When the winner submits his results the $9.00 is credited to the winners account balance.

There should also be a place to put the percent for each game off the total bet.

Ex: $5.00 bet, -$.50 cents each leaving $9.00, if the site is %10. %10 would be deducted off of the $9.00 leaving $8.10 to the winner and $1.90 to the site.
If it was a $10.00 per player bet, -$0.50 leaving $19.00, minus %10 leaving 17.10 to the player and $2.90 to the site.

The deposit and withdraw will be done manually by the admin in the admin section under the members profile edit.

Users will also be able to add images and documents with each pitch (see videeo.nl).

Users can also list there businesses and franchises for sale.. in the for sale section.

The site will have a lots of different categories, so at the end of the chart count down.. each category will have a chart and a winner, as well as a overall chart, and overall chart winner (see noostar.com for more details).

Users would also get email notification when a new pitch is added to the system.

Project is to create the Card game Phase 10 for multiplayer:

When players click on the game’s link, a “Lobby” opens, and there are game rooms available, saying how many players are already in the game. There is a maximum of 8 players per game room.
If there are for example 7 players in a game, a player can still join this game, when he joins, the card game opens in a new window and no one can join the game that is now full(8 players). Though players can join a “waiting list”, so when a player loses or leaves, the first in the waiting list will be able to play and the card game will open.
Players are able to open new rooms in the lobby.

When a person starts a game, they can’t play a phase until there is at least two people.. If the second person leaves, and its just one left – the game is froze until another joins.. When a person joins, he takes over a prevous persons spot.. If there are no previous persons, and he is completely new, then he starts at the lowest phase of all uers (So if there is 5 users, and 3 are at phase 4 and 2 are at phase 2 then the new person would start at phase 2.). His points will be added by however many people there are at that lowest phase points average (For example: there are two people at phase 2.. One has 290 points, the other has 320 points. You would take the average of those two scores, and that would be the new users total points.. Of course there can be more than 2 users at that phase, there can be up to 8 at that one phase.. And if there is only 1 at that phase, then that new person starts off with the same amount of points as that person.). It is done like this so that each new joiner to a game is played fair, and they aren’t all the way in the dust.

Some information will need to be outputted from flash to MySQL database, using PHP.

Game_Id, Winner_Id, Winner_Points, Loser_Ids

Game id is the ID of the game, the first game played on the server is 1… and the 1000th game’s ID is … 1000!

Winner ID is the winner of the game.

Winner points, how many points that user had.

Loser_Ids are the ID’s of the players who lost on the table.

The ID’s are already in my server, which are the registered members…
