I am looking for someone creative, who can deliver a layered Photoshop file with a logo for an auto wholesaler. I have a base idea and graphics done, so I just need someone good at graphic design who can go with what I have, and make it cleaner and nicer.

I want to build a product order management system.
There is no need for paypal or other online payments. Just a simple data entry of the product(s), quantity and customer shipping information.

There are 3 main users:
1. Agents – They will key in orders of products and customer details (or select existing customers)
2. Wholesaler – Will manually approve orders that have been verified as paid (by clicking a checkbox)
3. Supplier – Once wholesaler approves, suplier will handle shipping and update the status of products as shipped, and enter a shipping tracking code.

More info and requirements:
1. Each product will have a separate cost for agent and wholesaler. (Example: Agent buys product X from Wholesaler at $10. Wholesaler buys the same product X from Supplier at $5. Supplier will then ship directly to customer.

2. There will be multiple customers, belonging to multiple agents. Customers are not unique to agents.

3. There will be only one wholesaler (me)

4. There will be one supplier for now (but please design the system to be able to add more suppliers in future)

5. Agents can only see orders they entered, and not from other agents
6. Supplier will be able to process orders grouped by agents

Some reporting tools we need:
1. List of un-approved orders to be seen by wholesaler
2. List of un-shipped products to be seen by agents, wholesaler and supplier
3. Wholesaler able to see sales performance by week, month, year. Including total sales and total profit
4. Wholesaler able to see top selling agents, top selling products and top customers
5. Agents able to see top repeat customers
6. Supplier able to see top selling agent and top selling products.

Using PHPrunner or other Rapid application development tools is fine. But the job must be done before 10th November 2011.

We’re looking for an individual(s) with experience with wholesalers/suppliers as well as drop shippers for an online eCommerce Website(s). Specifically, the individual should be able to find reputable suppliers for a variety of merchandise, negotiate with them, and set up and potentially manage dropshipping in coordination with the supplier(s).

We want these suppliers for USA Market, and would prefer the suppliers be from USA too, and would prefer the person managing the suppliers for us from USA too. For start we do not intend to keep stocks and inventory but gradually yes, we would be interested in that too.

Right now to start any eCommerce Website (we will be launching a lot of such sites for various different products) we would like the person to setup all the supplers for us (with good prices after negotiation), dropshipping for us and manage all the orders coming in.

The person applying, if he also has good knowledge about managing eCommerce Websites, that would be an added advantage too.

Each specific product (like one eCommerce Website will target one product for example Halloween Costumes or Halloween Wigs or Dog Supplies) type will be considered a “job” so please bid based on sourcing each product.

I have a shopping cart called cs-cart…Its a php cart(
www.cs-cart.com) I have version 1.3.5 and also 2.0.

I need you do the following 1 of 2 options:

1:
-Import the wholesaler product line and setup a regular update system.
** Stock, Images, Pricing, manufacturer, model, title, , price…… What ever the XML provides
I need it to work perfectly with my store and updated according to the wholesaler XML.
I will pay extra $20 for this automation.

OR

2:
Create a converter from the XML FILE to csv file according to what cs-cart offer in their export which i will provide you (images,options,price etc)

**** For the converter i will need you to create it for version 1.3.5 and version 2 of the cart.(i will install both on my server)
(I think its the same configuration so maybe we dont need 2 converters. You will check it when exporting).

I will provide you with (if needed for automation):

-A test shopping cart to test what your doing
(or download one full version for local install and test)
-Any info you need

- A document on how to do the update/converter
- The source files if needed later for me.
- 100% commitment because other people didnt finish it for me before.
