I require a Website for my business which needs to be linked to various sites on the internet. I am a Law Clerk who is planning on linking to Small Claims Court as the limit for Small Claims is increasing from $10,000 up to $25,000 on January 1, 2010. The information required on this site is minimal at this time but will increase as business increases. I would like a website to host the on-line part of my business. The service I offer is skills-matching between people. For example , if you need an electrican to come and do work for you , instead of paying him in cash, you could perhaps offer a skill swap and do some web design for him.

I want people to be able to register their details and register what type of skill they have to offer and how much they think their skill is worth in 30 minute intervals. For example, an electrician my say he will do all electrical work and thinks his skill is worth $10 for half an hour. You offer web design and you think your skill is worth $15 for half an hour.

He logs on to the site saying he is offering electrical skills and needs a web designer , a painter, someone to fix his car and perhaps someone to mend his roof. Loads of other people with all sorts of different skills log their details and eventually the system will find a match for someone looking for his skills that offers a skill he wants.

They then agree on a skill swap price, ie I will give you 2 hours electrical for your 1 hour web design or 2 hours electrical for 2 hours of a painter and so on and so on.

I want also to be able to provide a small review and rating of the person I skill-swapped with and he can do the same.

Customers pay a very small fee to register and also business can register as well and be introduced to people who are looking for a skill. For example if I am looking for a painter , perhaps I will see 2 or the people who will skill-swap but I may also see one or two business in the same area with the skills.
