Looking for a conscientious programmer to review html code on my site. Very simple site created with a combination of Evrsoft editor and Weebly but some code conflicts. May need some special code also. For a good programmer, this is a quick job but could lead to ongoing work on my other sites.

Must have set spots to place ads.

Site will be completely free with no premium system.

Must have an upload function for visitors.

The design must look professional and classy must come with a logo.

To give you an overview it will include 50 US states. The user can click on a state and then view a list of cities/region. From there they will see a list of services. They can click on a service and see a list of vendors. The vendors will have hyperlinks to their websites/phone numbers, etc.

We currently have designs of our website, but now need it to be programmed (as our designer was only a graphic designer, and not a programmer).

I am looking for somebody to make our designs (made in photoshop), into an actual, working website.

This should be quite a simple project for someone.

Attached is a screenshot of the homepage.

I will forward the full photoshop file (with fonts etc..) to the winning bidder.
