In general terms I want the important stuff, like the opt in box, recent posts, ad block and categories in the left sidebar (employing an F pattern if we can). I also would like opt in boxes embedded with a link in the secondary pages and posts. And I need a clickable image in the header area.

For the website www.thestudenttravelgroup.com/hillsroad, we want to expand the layout.
The website should cover the entire page, so the black bar along the top will branch accross the whole window, regardless of the size of the window. There should be no white borders to the left or right of the black header. Rather like the way in which the blue header of the scriptlance website fills the whole screen.
The light blue trim will also branch accross the whole window with the links over to the right hand side as they are now. The footer and the workable area between the header and footer should also be the same.
I will need this done for /index.html, /overview.html, /bcn.html, /details.html and /booking.html

I am using wordpress and have everything set up. I installed Open-Realty. I need two things done. First I need to create the same header and drop down menu for Open Realty, so when a user looks at the listings, everything is intergated and looks the same.
