Battle-ready is a new company producing apperel and training gear for the MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) sporting sector.

We propose to make a website consisting of 3 main elements: upto date news, a forum and a shop. These must all have easily updatable admin interface.

All artwork, layout, print and design will be provided. We require a skilled and creative programmer/team to essentialy put these elements together and create a work of art that is slick, smooth, simple and fast loading.

The forum, shop and mailing list must all be able to work from the same sql database. We are open to suggestions on the tools/programs/software/language used to create the desired effect.

There also maybe some flash programming required for the shop navigation.

Whoever applies for this project must be competent and able to develop a website at least as good looking as www.agems.com (take this website like a future reference of how i would like the product pages. I want to post good quality pictures, and details must show)

THIS IS NOT A E-COMMERCE SHOP – we aren`t selling anything.

I am looking for a programmer to make for me a presentation website in Flash for watches, bracelets, etc. Also he must develop a private gallery.

Let me explain to you step by step what needs to be done:

STEP ONE:
Web-map of MAIN WEBSITE:
1. Home;
2. About Us;
3. Products;
i. Watches;
ii. Bracelets;
iii. XXX ;
iv. XXX ;
v. XXX ;
4. Contact;

STEP TWO:
Make the admin interface for the website.
This will have to allow the administrator to add pictures, write descriptions, edit prices, in the (3) Products category.

STEP THREE:
Make dinamic picture gallery. The categories will be the same as (3) Products category. So basicly the same frame, just different pictures.
The design must be different, but it must keep the same graphic lines as the MAIN WEBSITE.
This website must also have a login page (user/pass), witch will be made static. A simple, nice design (I can provide the graphics in psd format.

STEP FOUR:
Make a administrator interface for the module mentioned in STEP THREE. This will have to allow the administrator to add pictures, write descriptions, edit prices, etc.
The administrator must be able to make the accounts (users will not be able to create a new account – these will be given to them by the admin.) It would be nice if you could integrate a generator of users/pass. User must be a number and password mixed numbers and letters.

What I need from each programmer that apllies to this job is:
A template, made in photoshop for the front page and a product page. For example of a good design take a look at:

This will be essential in picking the winning bid. Price is not so important as quality (as long as we are in the limit of the budget)

Also the company/programmer that will deal with this project will have to stick to a very precise deadline, with each step planned carefully.

The deadline for this project is 55 days. Each step of the project has a deadline, but that will be delivred to you if you manage to create a proper, proffesional looking template.

A few tips for the template:
1. use dark collors
2. you can use abstract elements
3. the design must be clean
4. use good quality pictures

I do not need a shopping cart. I have that on the other sites. I am basicly looking for a parent site to advertise with pages for my other sites so some one good in SEO would also be helpful.

Methods used must be legitimate, so that I do not get in trouble with the search engines. Please explain what will be done.

My son has already done a few things for the site (xml sitemap, added some meta-tags) but he is not an expert. These things would need to be checked.
