Dynamic pages, no flash
Blog (Custom Designed)
Shopping Cart
Paypal gateway integration

The site has to be aethetically pleasing. I need this done within 3 weeks, only those programmers who can meet this deadline need bid.

On the plus side, the content is ready in detail and willnot change.
