I’m seeking a website builder who can work independently without asking a lot of questions. I have a business directory service combined with a website sales service I run from the United States.

I need someone who can operate on their own without a lot of direction. My experience so far on scriptlance has been good but with each person I’ve used, I’ve had to go back and forth on questions almost every day. Some of these relate to English comprehension. So, a good understanding of the English language would be helpful.

I have developed a questionnaire that customers will complete that asks all the common questions for building a website. I need a developer who could take that questionnaire, use it but also create and fill in other information on their own. Then, when that is presented to the customer, they can keep that or make minor modifications.
