This project will be set up to pay the programmer in three milestones $350 when 70% done $350 when 100% and $300 after final testing.

Programmer agrees to complete the job in 30 days from start because time is of essence. If site is not done in 30 days the amount of milestone my be effected and can be negoiated.

Milestone payments will be negoiated by both the programmer and myself based on us working out a list of what is to be done in each milestone.

This project is to do customization on the website k2ktube.com I have submitted webnotes of the work also I have page examples with notes.

I need some adjustments done to my template. Mostly change the background and font color in some pages, remove unnecessary links, tabs, and/or buttons and add and/or move some items to a different location within the site(all HTML codes, attachments, and examples will be provided).
