The purpose of the site is to get people rent apartments from my website, when they know the History of the Category. A Category means a neighborhood and number of rooms.

I am looking to design a simple webpage for a very small property management business. The webpage would rely on a theme I already purchased for the look of the webpage:

I would be using that template to have the following links:
1- link to a simple form to enter a repair that is needed (fields would be name, address, contact number, type of repair, urgency, description)
2- link to a listing of available properties. this would be fairly simple . Something like this:

But it doesn’t have to be so fancy. No search feature, for example. If you click on a property it would just show additional photos and maybe some text. There COULD be a button which is clickable on each property to bring up a blank email with the subject line being the property address (so they can get more info or schedule a viewing).
3- link to documents for perspective tenants (just a pdf link)
4- contact us link (just info listed about the business)
5- a pay online link which would simply just connect to paypal (very simple). I can send you the button code.

I really like Example #1, but I would like for the all of the information located on the right side of the page, to be moved up to the top of the page so that it is aligned with the form box. I would also like the photo of the woman holding money in Example #2 to replace the couple’s photo in example #1.

I like the graphic of the ‘Sold House’ in Example #1 and I would like for that to remain. There is wording next to the house graphic. I would for that wording to remain the same. But can you add the following bullets: [No Equity OK, Bankruptcy OK]

I would like for the header of the site to say ‘We Buy Houston Houses’. But I would like for it to be much bigger and nicer-looking than it is in Example #1.
