I am needing a email web server. It will need to have built in calander, with an instant messager program, much like gmail. I am needing it to send an email with a security certificate that can only be opened with a computer that has the matching certificate. I want a questionaire to be asked before anything is sent from the email. It will ask if it needs a cert. If it does NOT, it will be sent normal mail. If it needs a cert, it will be sent with one. Security of this server is a must. It will need to be able to send and receive emails with different domains at the end. Example… if a user sends an email to companyA it will have companyA domain name. The web interface must be changable. It will need a logo place and have a color choice that the administrator can change..

Webmail email extraction minor problem:
This is a windows c# application which extracts emails from yahoo. problem is, it extracts all the email from first email search page but not from the next page. that means, when ‘number of email’ is set per page(i.e. after the search email clicked) to 10, than webmail extracts only 10 emails, not the total number of emails. So if i have set the email display per page to 200(i.e. maximum) than if i have emails more than 200 than it extracts only 200 email not the remaining.
Repair Webmail
It is C#.NET windows application. It connects to yahoo(classic) mail and search for specific email id entered by user and read the email one by one and tranform it to Word document. It was working before but now it’s not. It fails at reading email after the search is complete.
Any expert in C# windows application can give a try to solve this issue..

Sadly though the version we have, dont have a couple of features which im looking for. if it can be arranged. it seems to be developed in CGI. the template source is avaliable.

I need someone to install a new webmail software program on our website for our webmail users. The webmail is free for anyone to use after they register.
The program we used is phpmail3 and it is no longer supported and the developer has disappeared. Now it is giving endless problems for users and we cant find someone to fix it properly.
We currently have users and all their existing emails in inbox, drafts, sent, etc must be tranferred to the new webmail including passwords, etc so that the users can simply continue working as if there was no transfer to the new software.

I need help! I’m having a lot of problems with sending out mail from my web server. It’s suppose to send out a mail at the users request if they forgot their password or if I decided to send out a e-mail blast. Instead, I get an error message like this:

We have a CRM system and we do not want people to use their own mail clients becuase then we cannot link all corrospondence with all customers.
Basically we need a client that can read and send mail and store these mails in a MSSQL data base.
