I am looking for someone with a ready made solution for a webhosting/domain selling website.

My budget is quite low, so I am looking for a website that is already made and that you need only personalize with my desing.

This is what I need:

1. Billing module. Users will need to register when they buy a hosting plan or domain and then they will be able to login to check their billing info and due dates

2. Shopping cart. I should be able to add new hosting plans, and edit or delete existing ones. Customers should be able to checkout using Paypal (please also let me know about the possibility of integrating Moneybookers and Alertpay)

3. Discount codes. I would like to be able to create discount codes to email to my customers and decide the % of discount for each code. The codes should be able to be made for one use only or for several uses, and have expiration date.

4. When a user places and pays for his order (either hosting or domain) I will manually create his hosting account or register the domain.

5. VERY IMPORTANT: This site will be in Spanish and English, so I would need you to use language files that I can easily edit/translate

6. FAQs section where it will be easy to add FAQs for me in each language.
7. There will be a Video Tutorials section that will need to work just like the FAQs
8. Domain availability check, and selling. I would be able to change the domain prices for each type (.com, .net, .org, etc) and also to add new types of domains if possible. Since I would be registering them manually after securing payment.

9. ALSO VERY IMPORTANT: I need this site to be open source, no nulled scripts or license fees.

I need someone to design me a website. I will be starting my own webhost.

Features must include:

1. Logo design and custom site design (I DO NOT want it to look like 99% of the webhosts out there. Browsing through them, they all look like they are using the same template. I want my site to look unique).

2. A backend system which I can use to administrate the various hosting packages and all other features, which will integrate with the frontend. By this I mean: If I want to add a new hosting package, I just input the specs of the package into the backend, and the frontend will update to display the new hosting package on the site.

3. A checkout cart which includes support for all major payment systems (paypal, google checkout, moneybookers etc)

4. The site needs to autoinstall the hosting for the customer upon payment completion.

5. The site must be able to autoinstall hosting for standard webhosting, reseller webhosting, MASTER reseller webhosting as well as TorrentFlux Webhosting (you will need to create a script or a silent install file which automatically installs the TorrentFlux script when someone purchases TorrentFlux Hosting).

6. The user must be able to use his own domain, or select a subdomain of our domain.

8. All other standard webhosting features will be included in the design.

9. Basic SEO will be done on the site (meta tags, image tags etc). Only basic SEO needs to be done. I will hire you (if you wish to do full SEO) or another programmer at a later stage for full SEO on the site. The winning bidder of this project will receive first option to take up the SEO project if you wish to do so. I also have many other projects lined up during 2010 so good work on this project will allow for more jobs in the near future.

I am looking for someone to fix an issue I am having with my penny auction site. I purchased a script from phppennyauction.com (telebidscript) and had it running but started having troubles with the auctions freezing at 1 second. I was told it was probably my webhosting that was too slow so I purchased faster webhosting and had the site moved. The freezing problem was still there, so I had a programmer from this site help me out. The auctions are no longer freezing at one second, but the timer is now skipping the number 1. In other words, it goes 5 -> 4 -> 3 -> 2 -> Ended. When the auction ends it is supposed to be listed in a “closed auctions” page. The auction is never getting listed there. When the auction ends, it is also supposed to send out an email to the winner and the admin, however this also isn’t happening. I was told by the programmer I hired that is was an issue with the cron job because my webhosting is through GoDaddy. The cron job needs to run every minute, but GoDaddy doesn’t allow cron jobs to run that frequently. But somehow the programmer that originally set it up for me (using ssh) had it working.

The site has been down for a month with these issues so obviously I would like it fixed asap! The programmer who accepts this project should have knowledge of CakePHP and ioncube.
