i search a grapic webdesigner with a good eye for modern webdesign and a good feeling of colors. Beside this he or she should have very good knowledge of photoshop.

Why i need this ? I need someone who can edit the layout of my existing html website. The website is 6 years old and need a modern and professional refresh.
Maybe some changes will be even needed after my feedback on your layouts. So the person should be very familiar with photoshop to make changes after feedback. So if you bid, take in account that some rework will be needed.
After layout is ok ,he or she should implement this layout in my website. ( no content change , only layout)

To be clear: no webprogramming like php or asp or so is asked. Only (re)design of the ‘ layout ‘ is now requested and implementation in html
