Here is an outline of the project at hand as was taken on by a freelancer and then abandoned…attached so you will know exactly what is to be done.
I am uploading the first sample JPGS which are going to have to be recreated and then revised to what I need.
This needs to be a quick turnaround time, with no disappearing acts.

The home page will be a fairly simple, Web 2.0 style layout. Please see attached image to get an idea of the outcome we need. (The image should not be copied!
