Need to build up a web based data entry form should be able to store in SQL or MS SQL or Access and need to be able to print out a report from the data entered. I’ve seen this type of interactive video done before on a couple of occasions, where a user inputs their name on a web page. Their name is then added to certain parts of a video, thereby involveing them in the story.

We’ll film and edit the actual video, and provide in whatever format is required. You’ll need to create the web-based user input form, which will then take their name and add it to certain parts of the video.

The video will be filmed towards the end of November, and available to work with from early December. We’d like the final version available by the end of February 2010.

We curently hav a DOS based Point of sale program. the company is going out of business and we would like to convert it to a network/web based program we have the current code. It will need to support typical POS systems like printers card swipes and touch screens.
