I need to make an automated software which will decode sound from .wav to track2 (data from card’s magnetic stripe).

I can provide:
1. A manual (in Russian lang.) where it’s explained how to decode MANUALLY
2. An Excel file which is basicly like a tool where you have to do all of the decode steps.

So in few words – I know how it can be done manually and have all the tools to do it (I’ll provide them), and it’s not that hard (takes ~ 5min on one .wav), but I need someone to automate this whole process.

IMPORTANT NOTE: THE WHOLE MANUAL (~12 PAGES) + THE EXCEL FILE IS IN RUSSIAN LANGUAGE. DO NOT BID IF YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND RUSSIAN LANGUAGE QUITE PERFECT BY YOURSELF.

So basicly I need a tool that will decode magnetic stripe audio sound into a text (numbers ) . The tool must be able to clear the noise in the sound and support interrupted data signal inside of sound file !! . the sound contains a data from track2

Here is what I want a programmer to do –

1. Download the song Mandolin Rain, by Bruce Hornsby and the Range – from 1987 (available via many sources on the web)

2. I want you to splice the song in 2 .wav files – one at 5 seconds and one at 7 seconds. The cuts should be the first 5 and 7 seconds of the song, respectively.

HTML and JavaScript code to play one of serveral .WAV files when someone clicks on an image on a quiz style web page. For example:

Question: Click on the read square

On the page are four images:

- A green square which plays “Oh noooo…” if the user clicks on it
- A blue square which plays “Are you color blind?” after a click
- A red circle which plays “Hey, I am not square” after a click
- A red square which plays “YES, YES, YES” after a click

This is just an example of the type of question, but it should be clear to you. What I am looking for is HTML and JavaScript code which makes this possible. Please read carefully the restrictions below.

- Coding in HTML 4.01 (yes, no XHTML)
- No server side scripting, Ajax etc
- No Flash or other fancy technologies
- The WAV file must be played in the background, the page should not reload, change etc.
- The page must preload the .WAV files because there are no delays allowed between clicking the button and hearing the .WAV file
- Cross OS and cross browser compatibility, i.e. Windows, OSX, Linux, IE, FF, Opera, Safari, Chrome.
- I am not looking for PHP, .NET, Perl or other code to generate such a quiz page. I also don’t need page design because this will be implemented in an existing website. I am only looking for a plain example HTML page with JavaScript code which can function as a base to integrate it in existing pages.

Using Java and Netbeans(Java J2EE 5 / JSF 2.0 / Facelets / JPA 2.0 / Richfaces / Firebird 2.1), the Application will do a complete CRUD in a table from a Firebird database. This table will contain a list of telephone call’s recordings (millions of records), with informations like CallerId, Date and Time, Duration of the call, etc. The application should provide the following functions:

1-Show a list of call recordings a configurable amount of call recordings in a Data Grid.
2-Let the user searches and selects the data that is showed by every field within the table, using diferent types of input objects – text, checkbox, radio, etc and using AJAX to avoid refreshs after a new selection is entered;
3- Generates a report with the selecte rows of that Table using RichFaces;
4-Allows the user to click on a column data and reorder the selected data by that column, using Ajax too;
5-Every row in the DataTable should have a button that redirects the .wav files to an Java applet that streams the audio.
6-Right click on a data row / column and have an option of copying the content of that column to the clipboard;

I need a php/mysql script written that will allow me to upload mp3 or wav files to the server. I will need to have checkboxes of different types of attributes (bpm, genre, drums, guita, etc). I will need the data stored accordingly and then for the user of the page I want them to be ably to specify and search via these attributes.

I have 8 .wav files that need cleaned up as well as shortened just a bit.

The files are already cut and ready to be put on CD but I recorded the audio over the phone so it has a certain static-like noise to it.

Also the files are just a tad to big to burn to a CD. If I try to put all 8 files on my software to burn, I come up about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes to long.

I don’t how you would shorten the files unless you sped them up just a tad or something.

In a nutshell, I want to have all 8 wav files sound clearer as well as put into industry-standard audio-CD format that will fit on 1 CD.

I would like a program created which is a self running exe file.

The program should be able to be placed in any folder on my PC and be able to “find” the latest MP3 that has been downloaded automatically (by another script / program) in the SAME FOLDER as the exe program you create… The exe program then needs to:

1. Convert that MP3 file into a WAV file.
2. Rename the file, (variable preset)
3. Save the wav file to another location on my computer / PC network.
4. original MP3 left in orig location (for processing later by another program)

Notes.

Generally there will only be ONE mp3 in the folder with the exe program you will create.

However should more than one mp3 file exist, It will always be the most “recently” downloaded mp3 file that needs converting, renaming and saving to another location as described above.

The original MP3 file should remain in the original folder location. (Only the NEW wav file version need be saved elsewhere.)

(another software program will play and purge the MP3 once it has been used.)

Extra info.

* Execution of this program is just once an hour. around 45 mins past the hour.

* The length of the MP3 is generally 3 minutes. (2.74 – 3.0Mb)

* At present each “NEW” MP3 is scheduled to be downloaded into the folder location at about 30-40 minutes past the hour.

* The MP3 files in the same folder as the EXE program you are going to create will be purged at about 5 mins past the hour… (by another software program once it has been “played” ) ready for the next MP3 to be downloaded (again) as described above.

As an alternative to building from the ground up drupal can be used and built on. Please NO OPEN SOURCE E-COMMERCE SOLUTIONS. Also ONLY LAMP solutions NO ASP, NO JSP.

Brief Overview:

I need a Windows Service that will monitor a directory for .txt and .wav file pairs (ie: 123432.wav and 123432.txt), scan through the .txt file, make a few replacements and then take the .txt and .wav file pair and move to another directory.
The incoming txt file will be formatted like an ini file (Only one section) ie;

I will be scanning for specific fields and then changing the name ie: in the above example, I would want to change field1 to SiteName.
What I also require is some logic available to allow me to look for a value (In a static field) and write out another value to another field based on that value ie: ” If field1=&lt;somevalue&gt; = “MyValue”, write “NewValue” to field2″ etc….
