I need a website that will function as follows.
Customer logs in to their account.
Customer can view a list of videos to rent.
Customer then pays using PayPal to rent the video.
Customer is then given access to watch the video.
Once a customer rents a video no one else is able to rent that particular video until the customer has finishes watching the video he rented.
The customer is given a certain amount of time to watch the video he rented. For example: If customer rented a 1 hour video the customer has 2 hours to watch the video. After 2 hours the video then becomes available for others to rent.

This project consists of watching youtube lecture videos and making corrections to existing captions / subtitles. You will have to watch youtube video lectures, and make corrections to the text.

The captions are in SBV format, but should be edited in a text editor, such as Notepad.

You will be provided with an unedited transcription file for each of the three video lectures as well as the URL for each of the videos. You will have to listen to each of the videos, and make corrections to the existing transcriptions. There are “time markers” for each of the transcription files, and these must not be touched at all. If you make changes to the “time markers”, the transcription files will no longer work, and the project will not have been completed. This is crucial.

If there are words you do not understand mark them with the phrase *understand* with asterisks. When opened in Notepad, we can just search for asterisks, and quickly fix any missing words.

I am not even sure how this is exactly possible, but I would like a way for my members to watch any movie they want from my Megavideo account. Maybe server will stream the movie and the member will be able to watch it from there (so mainly using my account)?

In other words I have a megavideo account of my own (a login user-pass).

I want to have a script where I can share that access.
Meaning if a member wants to see a Movie on Megavideo (and have no account there) he could go to my site and watch it completly though my account (the hole movie, without “PayNow” breaks and/or limitations of guest/free members).

Two very important points. It would be nice just for example to be able to copy all of that text just like that and for it to only pull out the Video URLs then Grab the stats from them.

Then of course the other way around to grab the number of Channel Views you would need to use the Username. So it would be cool to be able to just copy all of that in there and REGEX and just grab the usernames and get the total number of Channel Views for each.

All URL’s must look static. I suppose you can use mod rewrite or whatever solution you determine to be best.

Every record in the database needs to have its own page. for instance each system should have its own page, each movie should have its own page. Using some sort of template where all the pages look the same and are auto generated is fine.

My goal is to get as many pages of this as possible indexed in google so spinning the content of each page to look as unique as possible is key here. I am giving a lot of creative freedom on this project however I just need to make sure at least 48,000 pages are created (again automatically is fine). If some extra text can be added to each page including the keywords of the page that would be great.

I want this done in PHP/MysQL. The faster the better

After the initial build there will be slight customization for basically parsing another database to add to the page builds with already existing links from another site as to enhance the page content.

I also need the site to create auto RSS/XML Feeds so that I may have other sites syndicate my content.

This bid is for a real estate search engine similar to Enormo.com, combined with a social network.

Here are the components of the project:

Property Listings:
Listings will come from our current db, Multiple Listing Feed, Foreclosure Feed, Google Base API, Oodle API, Nestoria API, Ebay API, Feeds from advertisers, Scanning other real estate sites on demand.

The current database must be imported and matched to the new database.

There will be some conditions & restrictions on API listings.
MLS listings will appear at the top of search results, then land.net db listings, then others. Google Maps will be used to show location of properties in search results. Search results pages will show a Google map with location of properties.

Listing detail pages will show description, images, Google map and have lead capture form. Leads will be sent to advertisers and be accessible on their admin page.

Unregistered users will be able to save viewed listings to temporary watch list. Registered members will be able to save viewed listings to permanent watch list.

Registered members will receive email updates when listing matching there wants appear in the database

Social Network:
Simple social network tied in with listings. Each member should be able to Post a short profile, Post photos, Post embedded videos from YouTube, Display their listings, Display their want list, Network with other members, Create & Join Groups, Post Blog

Member Admin Page:
Each member will have an admin page where he will be able to edit his Profile, Property Listings, Want List, Watch List, Referrals, Friends, Groups, Photos, Videos.

Main Admin Page:
Admin page to edit, delete, upload listings, edit & delete members, edit banner ads.
