I would like to integrate vTiger with OTRS…specifically I want to use vTiger’s sales/invoicing system with OTRS and make it so I can easily bill my clients for support services.

What I need is the inventory section. See we sell electrical components.

Some we sell separately and others we combine parts.

The inventory does not allow the assembly of parts to sell. So when
we sell a assembled part vtiger needs to calculate and then subtraction of those parts from inventory.

So example: I sell computers. I can sell the motherboard, power supply, hardrive, or cables seperately but also I can sell the complete computer systme complete or as an assembled or combined

I need to add webforms to the CRM system in order to have leads directed directly to the system. There are specific fields that I need in the form and I would prefer a customizable form (so that i can change the fields later on) but it is not a must. Lastly, I have an index page and I would need instructions of how to insert it into my page (I use adwords for advertising).

1. Applications
We require a system to handle applications, similar to a recruitment process where we can filter and pre-select (discard) candidates.

2. Filter and selection
Pre-select candidates and notify them to update their profile with needed info/documents and schedule an interview.

3. Activities update
If a loan is awarded the status of the user changes. The contract is added to the user’s profile with several variables (ex: contact information, program data, loan repayment variables and conditions, etc.). During the academic program users update their profiles with relevant data (ex: transcripts)

4. Repayment cycle
After finishing its academic program the user status changes. He will start repaying its loan based on its contract conditions. Therefore the user should be able to access its balance and upload / update its payment records accordingly. A personalized payment calendar/table is displayed.

5. Report generation
Reports should be able to be generated based on different criteria according to the stage of the process.

We want this project to be based on top of vTiger, SugarCRM or other similar application as a module, so only bid if you have experience on these type of packages.

The program allows each user to have his own incoming mail, but there is only one outgoing mail server setting in vTiger that every user shares. I would like each user to have the ability to set individual incoming and outgoing Webmail.

So every day it show me the Advertising to insert in the newspaper (1 list with every Customers that this day have to insert the Advertising.)
