We’ve been nominated for an award with online voting and I’d like to stuff the ballot box. The voting system is only allowing one vote per IP address but is not using a captcha. I need a script that will submit votes from different IP addresses. I suppose you could also do this by hand if you had adequate ip addresses under your control but that seems tedious in the extreme.

Can anyone help?

Each voter needs to register and can only vote once every 24 hours(Restricted from website). I hope if any one good in changing the IP can done this project easily.

This project is to increase votes on Sound and the jury for an artist. If the artist is selected after the first round paymet is made.

If the artist is selected after the judges vote in teh 3rd round then payment is made. The first payment will be a set price and the second payment will follow there after
