Need Code To Show Popup Message

October 23rd, 2011 Comments off

I am searching for someone very skilled in WordPress and is familiar with the WordPress Plug-In – Download Monitor (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/download-monitor/).

I have a WordPress site where registered visitors can download free iPhone Ringtones. When a visitor clicks on the download link I want a popup to display saying “please visitor our sponsors”. When the visitor closes this popup and clicks the download link again after 15 seconds he is able to download the file. If the visitor tries to click the download link again within 15 seconds he gets the same popup message. If he clicks the download link after 15 seconds he can download the file.

You must be able to show me this working on your own wordpress site using Download Monitor Plug-in. First person to show me it working gets the project.

Need Code To Hide Download Link Until Visitor Clicks Ad

October 19th, 2011 Comments off

I am searching for someone to generate a code for wordpress that will hide the download link button until the user click on one of our advertiser’s banner ads. That is, in order to download a file from our website they must visit one of our sponsors by clicking on their ad.

I am using WordPress Download Monitor (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/download-monitor/) so the code must function with this plugin.

Here is an example of what we are looking for:
Say we have a product called music iPhone ringtone. This is a free downloadable product. However, in order for the download link to appear on this page the visitor must click on one of our ads and then click the back button to return to this products page. Once they click the back button and return to the product page they will now be able to see the download link/download button.

Video Player Script With Messaging Functionality

September 23rd, 2011 Comments off

I am looking for a script that can be embedded within a webpage and combine three specific functions within a nicely laid out, extendable ‘panel’:

1) play a randomly selected video
2) display a slide-out ‘responses’ panel if the video has been muted (or volume set to zero) and hide that panel if volume is restored
3) provide a message area for the site visitor to enter their name, location, email address and submit questions
4) must work in all recent versions of all major browsers (especially in IE6-9) plus mobile devices (so Flash is not an option)

The Video
———
Each of the randomly selectable videos should give the impression of playing continuously based on a given start time and date, and visitors to the site should be dropped into their randomly selected video at the relevant point, based on the time and date of their arrival on the page.

Think of this like a 24 hour, multi-theatre, continuous play cinema where each movie begins again as soon as the previous showing is over so people start watching their initial movie starting from the moment they entered the relevant theatre.

For example, assume that video 1 is 28 minutes and 33 seconds long and the start time is 2011-09-02 13:03:00 UTC

If a visitor arrives at the page at 2011-09-02 13:06:22 UTC then they should see the video appear and begin playing 3m 22s into that video.

If a visitor arrives at the page at 2011-09-02 13:48:44 UTC then they should see the video appear and begin playing 17m 11s into what would effectively be the 2nd showing of that video.

Before randomly selecting a video, the script should check for a cookie to determine which (if any) of the available videos may have been previously viewed by the visitor and only select from the remaining list of unviewed videos. If all videos have been viewed then the “already viewed” cookie should be cleared and the visitor treated as a first-time visitor. If cookies are disabled then the visitor would also be treated as a first-time visitor.

If the viewer has not closed the page by the time the initial video reaches the end, a randomly selected *unviewed* video should be played from the beginning and the cookie updated. This process should repeat (including clearing the “already viewed” cookie, as above) until the page is closed.

The Reponses Panel
——————
Whenever the volume is muted or set to zero, the responses panel should slide out from below the video, extending the overall depth of the embedded ‘panel’ and pushing the message panel beneath it further down the page.

When the reponses panel opens, it should always be empty.

After an initial ‘welcome’ message, a new, random response paragraph (from a provided list drawn from a MySQL database) needs be added to any text already displayed within the panel every few seconds based on a definable delay plus a random variation. The response panel should also auto-scroll so that the latest entry is in view.

If the video is unmuted or the volume level raised above zero then then responses panel should slide back up and disappear again.

The Message Panel
—————–
This section will initially contain fields for name, location and email address (which should be auto-filled if appropriate session or query variables are detected) plus a text area for the visitor to enter questions and submit them via email and/or directly into a MySQL database.

Once a question has been submitted, a “Your question was submitted” confirmation should be shown and the text area cleared so that it is ready for the next question.

Validation will be required to ensure that a name, location, email address and message have been entered (and that the email address is valid) before submission is allowed.

Once the initial question has been submitted, the name, location and email address fields can be hidden and the depth of the ‘panel’ reduced.

I’ve uploaded an image which shows essentially how the embedded ‘panel’ should look and how it should function / change displayed elements depening on volume setting and/or initial / subsequent question submission.

Important: Availability via Skype is essential for this project

Online Seats Builder Script

September 15th, 2011 Comments off

This is for online seat builder. See instructions below:

1. Visitor chooses a style “Classic” or “Pro” (I know steps in ordering instructions attached file are a little different but I see a better flow in terms of programming so I rearranged them here).
2. Based on the previous style selection, visitor will have either 10 seats models available to select from (Classic series) or 5 models (Pro Series)
3. After visitor sees selections, visitor clicks on an appropriate model. I think either image or just by clicking on a text ink (Part number) that will select an image will work. Initial image that is selected is black. With each model there is price associated as shown in Step 3 of the PDF file you originally shared with me
4. With the seatbuilder, customer can only order 1 at a time, because the seats may be different from each other. If they want to order more than one, there needs to be a step at the end of the selections for the first seat that gives them an option to

Ip Cookie Script

August 27th, 2011 Comments off

Admin panel to view the website visitor IP address.
Identifies a returning visitor to the website.
The script must show the IP address of the user from the Admin panel.
A ban user option so once the website visitor is blocked it redirects them to a given url, for instance – “banned.html”

So basically even if the website visitor has changed their IP address I will still know because of the cookie. And then ban them from the Admin panel which will redirect them to “banned.html”

Make Simple Login For Jobberbase Front

August 23rd, 2011 Comments off

I’m using a customized script of Jobberbase 1.9 where we collect jobseekers in a database and display their profiles on the website. Part of their profile should only be available for clients. All the other info in their profile is public. Now I need a simple hack that checks if the visitor is logged in and then post this in a variable.

This is already available in the admin, so part of the code can be used from there. Also add/remove clients can already be done from admin, so we don’t need code for this.

So basically what I do need is:
- simple client login page. Where you ask for a username and password.
- some code that checks if the visitor has logged in past that in a variable.
- in the head of the page is will show a login link, and when logged in, it should show a logout button.
- What is important is that when a visitor reached a jobseekers profile, and after that successfully logs in, it should redirect to the original profile again.

Basic Facebook App

August 21st, 2011 Comments off

I need a pretty basic app to collect visitor info once they arrive to my fanpage. The idea is that when the visitors drop by the first time to the fanpage, he or she lands on a page where is motivaded to click )like) in exchange for something. Once the click is done the visitor is shown a box where is asked to enter his name, last name, email and birthday. When he or she enters that data an email is sent to me and to them, and the visitor is taken to the wall site automatically. Whenever he or she comesback he will land on the wall .

This app must be set so that I can configure it myself for as many fanpage as I may need in the future.

I provide the initial design and copy to set the first one.

This task should be easy for someone with knowledge in php and I frames.

Cash Flow Questionnaire

July 24th, 2011 Comments off

I. An Overview
Bankers working with business clients need to have a good understanding of how those businesses operate. One of the key methods of understanding a business is to understanding how business manages their cash. To get this understanding the banker has to ask the business client a series of questions about how they get paid by their customers, how they manage and secure their money once they have received it and how they pay their bills. The banker’s underlying goal of asking these questions is to identify potential cash flow problems that are reducing the business client’s efficiency and effectiveness.

III. How It Works
There is a link on my website will take the visitor (banker) to an introduction page for the Cash Flow Questionnaire. Once on the introduction page the visitor/banker has two options:
a. Use their unique access code to sign on to their account
b. Register as a new account

If they register as a new account, they will complete a registration page that asks their name, bank/company name, business title, city and state and email address. They must select a payment plan (a free 1 month trial or 12 months annual subscription for $12). Next they must select a payment plan (Pay Pal, Visa or AmEx)

Once they have access to the Cash Flow Questionnaire, there is a cover page that gives a brief overview of the questionnaire process and lists the benefits to the business client for participating in the interview.

The Cash Flow Questionnaire consists of 25 to 30 basic questions. Each question will have 3 to 5 potential answers. Beside each answer is a small box. As the business client answers a question the visitor/banker places a check in the appropriate box. Below the potential answers are 3 separate boxes with

Finish Php Cloaking Script

June 28th, 2011 Comments off

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in my PHP cloaking script project. Please see the attachment for the script (I believe it is ~95% complete).

I would like it to be functional according to the comments in the code.

So basically, the script should redirect to www.whitehat.com if the following conditions are met:

- Visitor is in Ireland
- Visitor is in Palo Alto, CA
- Visitor is in Austin, TX
- Visitor is in London
- Visitor is in Europe
- Visitor’s IP is in facebook_ips.txt
- Referrer redirect
- User-agent redirect
- Linux/unix redirect

If none of the above conditions are met, then the visitor is simply redirected to www.blackhat.com.

Please respond by PMB if you can complete this project, thank you.

Facebook Auto Like Code To Be Added To Website

May 22nd, 2011 Comments off

I’m looking for a non-iframe facebook autolike script. I already have several facebook autolike scripts that use the iframe method. It works when the visitor on my dot com website clicks on something and it autolikes my facebook fan page if that visitor is currently logged into facebook.

Lately I’ve seen websites that are using a new autolike script that doesn’t require the visitor to click on anything to get the autolike to work. The autolike function takes place as soon as the page loads. This is the script I’m looking for.

I want the code to autolike the URL of the website and displays it on the users news feed if the user is logged in.

Let me know if you can do this. If you have done it before, if so. send me a url example.

Recurring Countdown Timer

May 17th, 2011 Comments off

I have a HTML webform that registers people for one of three
webinar events that repeat ever week. I need a count down
timer to reflect when the next webinar starts for that week.

The Three Choice are

Monday 12pm EST
Wednesday 7pm EST
Thursday 10pm EST

That means if a page visitor on Monday at 11:30am would
see 30 minutes till the live show. But if a visitor came to the
page at 12:01pm… they would see “LIVE IN PROGRESS”…

Now if a visitor came at 1:00pm EST they would see the
count down timer display 54:00:00 (54 hours) till next
presentation… which is the Wednesday 7:00pm EST.

See the same page of where the timer will go.

Upgrades To Instant Quote Calculator

April 11th, 2011 Comments off

I would like to enhance my new “instant quote generator” by:
1. Adding a small form to the bottom of the application that allows the visitor to (a) email the quote, (b) print the quote, (c) request a callback. Also, all of these functions should email the quote, and the information the visitor inputs into the form, to our office (without the visitor being notified).
2. Adding a second PRICE field so monthly costs can be added to the quote total (i.e. some components involve a monthly cost, others involve just a one-time cost. I need to display both totals at the bottom. Currently there is room for only one)
3. Improve the layout (very small adjustment so the category name, the slider and the description are on the same line)
4. Integrate the enhanced slider into 2-3 different websites (landing pages)
5. Provide integration instructions for future use of the application
6. Popup definitions on mouseover for category names (like on main page of www.amwebstudio.ca) to give visitor more information

Modify Jw Player Behavior With Api And Javascript.

April 6th, 2011 Comments off

Here are some initial requirements:

1) Your English must be very good. And I will know immediately if it’s not :)

2) You must be available on ICQ or AIM to communicate with me in real-time about the project

3) You must be great at Javascript, API, cookies and maybe PHP too

4) Experience with video players such as JW Player is desirable. WordPress and MaxMind GeoIP experience is also desirable.

5) If you’re not completely convinced you can do the project – please don’t bid. Let’s not waste your time or mine.

Here’s what I want done:

1) Visitor comes to a post on my WordPress blog which has a video embedded with JW Player using JW Player WordPress plug-in.

2) Visitor clicks on the “Play” button. Your code intercepts the click and instead of simply starting to play the video – does the following:

a) if the visitor has a “Cookie X” set to “true” or is not from certain countries (I have a list of them and you will use the free Maxmind database to determine geo-location) then the video simply starts playing as it usually would

b) if the visitor is from certain countries and does not have “Cookie X” then the following will happen:

1) He will be shown a Javascript prompt asking him to download certain video software. An example of the prompt is attached.

2) If user clicks “OK” then “Cookie X” will be set to “true” and user will be presented with an .exe file download prompt

3) If user clicks “Cancel”, the prompt will disappear and nothing else will happen.

JW Player API documentation and examples are located here:

Custom Search

March 22nd, 2010 Comments off

Background:

I am an affiliate of a number of companies/warehouses selling physical products.

Their sites offer many (sometimes thousands of) products and each such site can have up to several hundred pages.

I am developing my own site where visitors will be encouraged to search for these products and then, of course visit the sites through my affiliate links.

In some case the affiliate links go through Commission Junction or other similar affiliate management companies and sometimes are direct links.

Looking for:

Some form of custom search function that will

1. enable visitors to enter their search term
2. the search will be performed only on the sites that I specify rather than the web at large.

When the search is completed

3. the results are listed for the visitor
4. the visitor can click on the results and,
5. the visitor must be sent to that particular page/result through my affiliate link.

Simply to illustrate what I am seeking, – I do not want in any way to exclude any alternate solutions – , I am aware that Google offers Custom Search. I have had no problem specifying which sites to search. The problem arises in making sure that the visitor reaches the search result through my affiliate link.

While my first priority is getting this search function operational for a number of sites,

I am also looking for:

1. An Admin Interface: Where the admin (me) can add/delete sites to be searched and the relevant affiliate link to follow if a link from that particular site is selected. As an interim step, I have no problem inputting the data directly into a script/html or other, but do want to get to the point of having the interface.

Main Considerations will be:

1. Effectiveness
2. Ease of use – ie. simplicity of adding and removing sites and affiliate links
3. Ease of installation (I am familiar with installing scripts, building simple web sites, ftp and cpanel) – the installation should be simple enough so that I can install on any site I wish).

Job type:

Since I don’t now all the possible solutions out there or the skills required, I am open to suggestions.

Budget:

Flexible and open to reasonable proposals. It seems to me that we’re talking about an interface with Google custom search as an appropriate solution, but I recognize that my tech knowledge is limited and that this may not be the best solution or the work may be more involved than I think. I am therefore open.

Link Rotation

March 4th, 2010 Comments off

Hello ,

I have a website that contains a presentation to register in another website .
when a visitor reads the topic he clicks on Link A , so he is being redirected to the other website to register in .
After he register in that website , he goes back to my website and click on Link B ( Link B can be considered as a confirmation from the visitor that he already registered in the other website ) .
What i want is :
After link b is clicked x times , it will begin from zero , and link A will be rotated into link c .
link B also can be considered as a counter , after link b is clicked , the visitor will be redirected to a page which has the statement ( Congratulations you registered Successfully ) means that link B will not have a role in registration process , it will inform me of how many registered in that site , as the site is not mine .

I have purchased a link Rotator Script From this site :
http://homebizrotator.com/

this script rotates link1 after x clicks into another link ( link2 ) in a sequence .

This is my first Project and i hope someone can help me .

Oscmax And Flash Project

March 2nd, 2010 Comments off

I’m willing to pay $130-$200 for this work. It must be done in 18 days or less. My client has an oscmax template he bought and a look he wants (and has had made for the homepage), but this is not the final design. The design will need to be changed to whatever he wants. The oscmax templates was just bought to save time for you all in programming.

There is some flash work that will be needed to be done.

Scope of work: e-commerce site which has been designed with a custom
shopping cart and is mostly completed, needs to be finalized in order to be 100%
operational.

Work includes: minimal additional coding, corrections to some existing
coding, minor cosmetic design changes, and some adjustments to
functionality, increasing loading speed, assuring 100% security, adding
gateways to shopping cart (QuickBooks compatibility required), and
adjustments to allow for mobile accessibility to site.

Here are some more issues regarding Flash. Search engines don’t like Flash either. Their spiders can’t read anything contained in the animation. When they come to index the website they are looking for text, not graphics. If the first thing they run into is a Flash intro screen then the spiders will almost always immediately leave the site and go elsewhere looking for what they do like. If we will go with Flash we are going to need your help so the spiders could see round it.
Some important items which we want to be certain our site has. “White-Space” in general, white-space is the cornerstone of good website design. Keeping the background areas where our information or products will be displayed white or another light / pale color. Dark or oddly colored backgrounds distract visitors from the information and also can make it difficult to read. Background images are also sometimes a big don’t for the same reasons plus they can make pages load more slowly. Colored text can be used, but only sparingly. Contrast is key; otherwise it can be become very difficult to read. Try to use colored text only to emphasize important information.
We also want the name of our website, domain name, or business name to be prominently featured somewhere at or near the top of our pages either within our logo or near it. And it should fit within the typical boundaries of the page. If you will make it too big or it contains too many words then it will stretch our pages so wide that most visitors won’t be able to see the whole page unless they scroll sideways. Very annoying; and definitely not good website design.
We also want you to automatically include a second set of navigational links at the bottom of all our pages. Regardless of where you choose to put them try to keep the text on the buttons or in the links as short as possible. Anything longer than one or two words may cause that part of our layout to be too wide and crowd our content area.
We would also like to make sure that you use a percentage option when setting our site page width setting. The percentage options allow the site to automatically expand or contract to fill the computer screen up to a specific percentage of the screen width. (see yahoo.com)
Using percentages as the site width setting will make it easier for our site to look its best on as many different computers as possible. However, there is still the potential for problems. You should still check our site in various screen resolutions after each time you add new pages or content to make sure nothing is overriding the percentage option you set. For example, if we put a very large image on a page that prevents the page from contracting for smaller resolutions then visitor’s browser won’t be able to accommodate the percentage setting the site is telling it to use. Images and other graphics cannot automatically resize themselves on the fly based on the visitor’s computer resolution. Site page boundaries can expand and contract based on the percentage width setting, but only if the images and other graphical content give it enough room do to so.
And below our important points regarding the e-commerce part of our site which we want to share with you before you begin working on the product.
Providing enough information about the product; including prices and shipping costs, before the checkout process i.e. disclosing the price at the start as price, is a major issue when considering a purchase. E-commerce shoppers are possibly using our site to save time. So they will appreciate having the price disclosed sooner than later. This helps them finalize the purchase quickly.
We do not want to not ask customers to fill forms at checkout, asking customers to fill registration forms when they are placing their order is bad strategy. The process of filling the form can disengage customers from completing the transaction and you lose a sale. We need to use a creative way to do this see our three checkout options. Maybe you can improve on this or come up with a better idea. (Our One Page Checkout Idea)

Another important objective is making the website interactive. Giving shoppers the option; to participate in online quizzes and polls. Asking for feedback on products we think is another good way of involving customers as well as improving our services. To be able to insure a good customer experience we should evaluate the experience of real live customers shopping on our Web site, capturing the customers’ behavior and feedback along the way. Armed with these customer insights, we can put our efforts into improving what matters most.
We feel aesthetics must balance utility, colorful visuals, multimedia and flashy fonts will make our website look attractive. But the look needs to be elegant and not cluttered. We would like for you to give us your design input to balance aesthetics and user-friendly features.
An additional feature which we consider of utmost importance is fast loading pages, effective search features, and an intuitive site hierarchy; enable shoppers to complete their purchases efficiently and happily. The website should load quickly. A website that takes ages to load not only loses customers, but also reflects badly on the quality of its products and services. Customers should be able to access the item they want quickly, or they will probably look for another site/vendor.

Final Deployment

We need to develop a new website (not one that’s adopted from a standard template used for various sites and purposes,) with very professional & aesthetic design.
We need experience in PHP/MySQL, ASP, .NET, JSP, Perl , AJAX etc.
We also need experience in developing e-commerce websites, intranet and experts in CMS like payment integration (Authorise.net, Varisign, Paypal, Ikobo, 2CO, Protx etc.), XML data feeding etc.

The site needs to be secure & work fast, speed in loading and utilization is essential

It also needs to be protecting our data from visitors; where visitors can only see the products in GUI.

All transaction need be done at Business and Service layers which will be hidden from the visitors.

The site should be using secure PHP framework (not everything on same script).
It has to be W3C compliant HTML, CSS or similar and JavaScript for coding and highly optimized pictures, graphics and Flash animation for frontend.

All codes should be validated. We prefer hard code for all pages so we should get a fast loading page, error free and cross browser optimized (website working on all browsers). Also we will need support for any bugs for next six months.

We are also preferably looking for an ISO 9001:2000 certified Web Designing, Development & Internet Marketing Company.

****READ THE ENTIRE PROJECT BEFORE POSTING****

We need someone to create a clone of ChatRoulette dot com. You must have extensive knowledge with flash and experience making PEER 2 PEER chat. This visitor can click “next” to randomly connect to a different visitor, and so on…

Requirements
- 4 years of flash
- Must know how to optimize your language to support thousands and thousands of visitors.
- MUST HAVE Experience making P2P webcam chat and WORKING DEMO.
- Must know how to optimize your script to handle thousands of visitors.

We would like this project completed in 2-3 days. We are paying more for this project because we are looking for a highly skilled programmer that can work quickly and efficiently.

Additional work will follow at $30-40/hr. You must be available to help in the future!

*******PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH A P2P WEBCAM PROJECT THAT YOU HAVE COMPLETED OR ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON*******

ONLY SEEKING BEST OF THE BEST. PEER TO PEER ONLY. NO SURPRISES PLEASE. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY KNOW HOW TO DO THIS

Plimus Cookie Stuffing

February 24th, 2010 Comments off

Dear programmers,

I sell multiple products on my website (all through Plimus). The problem is that my affiliates only get credited for the specific product they referred traffic to. For example, if I sell product A, B and C, and an affiliate drives traffic to my site using the affiliate link for product B, I think that he will not get commissions if his referrals buy product A or C.

So, I’d like to have a script created so my affiliates drive traffic to one single link, then the script cookie-stuffs on the visitor’s browser with ALL the affiliate links for ALL products, and then finally the script redirects the traffic to my index page.

That way, I make 100% sure that if a visitor purchases a product on my website, the affiliate referring that visitor does get credited for the commissions.

So, basically, I’d need some sort of script to stuff all Plimus cookies into the browser. For that, I reckon I’d need some sort of dashboard where I enter the Contract/Product ID for my all my Plimus products, and then upload that into my server so I could give each affiliate his own link, which would be something like this:

www.MY_WEBSITE.com/the_plimus_script/script.php?XXXXXXXX
(where “XXXXXXXX” is the affiliate’s Plimus ID).

I look forward working with the winning project bidder.

Oscmax And Flash Work

February 18th, 2010 Comments off

Exit Popup Script

January 19th, 2010 Comments off

I need an unblockable exit popup script that works for both IE and FireFox. This can be the standard windows dialogue box type of popup.

The Exit Popup must only trigger when the online visitor closes their browser window tab (x) or when the online visitor presses the back button. I do not want a popup that opens when the visitor simply moves their mouse towards the browser’s navbar or near to the back button or the close button tab. I need them to actually click the back button or the close (x) tab.

I will need to be able to change the text that is contained in the windows popup dialogue box.

When the visitor closes the windows popup dialogue box I want another windows dialogue box to popup asking the visitor if they would like to continue exiting or stay on a brand new page that will be displayed beneath the 2nd popup box.

I need to be able to enter the new website URL into the script for the new website address that will show underneath the 2nd windows popup.

I will also need to be able to change the text that is contained in the 2nd windows popup dialogue box.

When the 2nd windows popup box is closed, the visitor should stay on the new URL that was displaying underneath the 2nd windows popup. If they choose to continue to exit then the browser should close.

This functionality will be similar to the one on the exitsplash site.

This script should work with both html and php files and should be simple to implement on any existing webpage code.

Unblockable Exit Popup Script

January 17th, 2010 Comments off

I need an unblockable exit popup that works for both IE and FireFox.

The Exit Popup must only trigger when the online visitor closes their browser window/tab and/or when the online visitor presses the back button. If an online visitor clicks on a link on my site that leads to another page on my website or to a different website, nothing should happen. Again this exit popup should only trigger when the website is closed by the visitor. I do not want a popup that opens when the visitor simply moves their mouse towards the browser’s navbar or near to the back button or the close button tab. I need them to actually click the back button or the close (x) tab.

When the visitor clicks on the back button or the close tab then I want a popup to display that will incorporate any html code that I enter into it. I should be able to change the size of the popup window. I would like there to be an option to only display the popup once to the visitor. I would like the popup to display over the current website page with the current website page greyed out with a lightbox effect.

This script should work with both html and php files and should be simple to implement on any webpage code.

I will need to see a working version of this popup on your sample site before I will finalize payment to you. I will send you my html code to display in the popup to verify that everything is working properly on your sample site.

PM me if you can provide the above.

Thank you.

Visitors May Post Comments

January 10th, 2010 Comments off

Hi, I have a new website http://OxygenForHeadaches.com where I want to ask site visitors to post their own headache cures or feedback on the site.

There would be a visitor form accessed by a link from the index page using a captcha image and their name and email address where they can post, which appears after my approval of the post, where I would get an email notification of a new post for approval, with ease of use for me.

The visitor posts would be written to the page to add new content to the webpage. The most recent 10 visitor posts would go on the front page lower left side white space area, with posts older than latest 10 going on a new web-page.

Virtual/fake Visitor Generator

January 9th, 2010 Comments off

We need a program which can generate virtual/fake visitors to a website.

The program should have following capabilities:

1. It needs to simulate that Visitor stays certain time on the site
2. The visitor needs to get logged by Javascript statistic software (i.e. pphlogger, Google Analytics)
it is very important that the visitors can be logged by google analytics
3. It needs to be capable of sending up to 250.000 visitors a day (multi thread capability !?!)
4. IP spoofing should be applied to show origin (country) of visitor (if possible. we don’t like using proxies, due lack of ability)
5. Visitor Browser, OS, Screen resolution needs to be simulated
6. It should delete/terminate cookies/sessions after visit. (if a visitor comes from the same IP he needs to be counted again as new visitor.)
7. it should be a stand alone windows application
8. we want to enter the target url, and choose number of visitors we want to have and then hit a button!

The developer should be able to start on it immediately.

Ip Location Redirect

January 6th, 2010 Comments off

I would like a script that will redirect a user based on their location.

The scipt only need distinguish between the UK and USA, e.g.

A visitor somewhere in the world enters www.mydomain.com, if;
visitor from UK >> www.mydomain.com/uk
visitor from USA (or any other country) >> www.mydomain.com/usa

The script need not be 100% accurate at determining country, as long as it works from the majority of users.

Website Design For Candles

December 19th, 2009 Comments off

We need a unique website for our candle company.

We make candles for customers – any color, any size, any scent, any quantity, and we offer different sizes.

Create-your-candle.

We need a high quality website which the visitor can design their own candle. A picture of a candle will appear in the main part of the screen and then on the right side will be 7 drop down menus:
1. Shape (round or square)
2. Size (candle width – 12 sizes)
3. Height (8 heights)
4. Color (20 colors)
5. Scent (30 scents)
6. Finish (Glossy or textured)
7. Quantity (1 to 100)

As the visitor selects options from the drop down menus, the image of the candle will change according to the selection made by the visitor (color, size, shape etc). This must operate fast and efficiently. Must be user friendly.

The price will be shown at the bottom (beneath the option selections) and the price will adjust depending on which options the visitor selects. We will provide pictures and prices for everything. You must create the application. You may use 3rd party software and plug-ins. You must also integrate FedEx shipping feature and payment/checkout.

This is the main purpose of the website. We make custom candles for anyone. This website will make it easier for our customers to place their order with us. If you have any specific questions, please let us know before you place your project bid.

You will have 3 weeks to complete this project (including revisions).

A Repost For A Job

December 15th, 2009 Comments off

I posted this same job up a while back but got swamped with other projects so I had to place it on hold. I am ready now.

I want to create a website that will be one page only (for now) but needs databasing capabilities.
The idea:
You arrive and all you see is the description of what the website does and then a form to complete. Fields are:
Name, City, State, Zip, Email, Phone and Description. Easy.
The idea is that visitor 1 enters his/her data and clicks submit. Then, when visitor 2 does the same, the system sends the visitor 1 visitors 2′s form information. Along comes visitor 3 and fills out the form and the information gets sent to visitor 2. So forth and so on.
All this info will need to be saved in a database that only I can see.
Is this enough information to be able to get bids?
I will more than likely buy or use a template look from templatemonster.com. would it be easier or nicer in Flash or HTML?
I wish I knew what category of programming language to put this under but I don’t.
I am no programmer but I just thought of two things that are a must.
Before the form can be submitted, I want a field to enter one of those funny looking images that confirm that it is not a program entering data.
The other thing I want is that the user gets verified by email where they have to click a link on an email we send them before anything happens.

Additionally, wish to have the main page have blog setup for article posting, Q&A script for questions to be posted by visitors, to be answered by the site owner, an optin section for newsletter subscription, searchable archives, a secured application page, which obtains visitor information for preliminary application submission that emails the details to a specific email address OR allows the visitor to print out the completed app to fax in. Must also include the option to leave name/number to schedule a call back. A referral system, so that a visitor can input their name/number and refer a friends name/number.
