Video Upload Site

Hi,
I am looking for someone to take on a project which would entail the development of an adult video upload site.

It is essential that the site have a ‘suitable’ cms to operate. i have scoped out a few commercial cms setups that look appealing, such as the cms at http://www.mediasharesuite.com/products/mediashare/demo/

I am after an end result which is quite similar in user functionality and layout as www.tube8.com

Please get back to me when possible via email with your expected rate and how you would go about constructing it.

If all done right i will pay an additional 20% on cost bonus. Also please let me know how and if you can provide future site support

Video Upload Site

Just think youtube but with an entirely different layout and some added features like a chat box, place for ads on home page, and a section on the home page that would be easy for me to change a main video on the front page without much difficulty. I have paint and text files to give an example of what I mean, but I am not very creative. I would like someone creative, that can help me with ideas or things that I did not think of. I would like this site to be up by 1/1/2010. I dont expect the designing or funds to be active until 12/1/2009. I just want to use this time to find the right person who can work on this. If you have samples of your work, please let me know. Thank you.
