I have a social networking website that is complete and I would like to add live video streaming to the website, but I don’t want to use anything like ustream.tv. This is for a christian social networking website. I would like for people to setup private prayer rooms for a fee. There should be a moderator who can silence anyone or remove anyone from the room.

Project is about Broadcasting live video from Desktop PC TV Tuner Card. I’m looking for similar code that ustream.tv or Justin.tv use but in my case only i will be able to broadcast video max channels needed are 10-15. Paid user’s will login to view live stream. Application should be developed using Red5, FMS or other suitable media server and that will capture data from TV tuner card and stream it. website development is also needed in this project. We are a British-based non-profit organisation looking to set up a YouTube clone. It will essentially be CMS enhanced with live and VOD video streaming, multimedia file publishing and sharing in Linux Ubuntu environment.

We are seeking someone with experience in streaming servers like Red5 QTSS or DSS, CMS particularly EZ Publish, Drupal, Plone and Plumi. Or perhaps anyone could install the video streaming plug-ins for Drupal, Joomla or set it up in PhpMotion which is capable of live and on demand streaming.
