Video Stream To Internet Web

Hello coders. So i need a help with streaming video to internet. I have dreambox sat reciver and can get video on my PC, and i want to stream it to internet trough web-site on other server. So i dont have any ideas how to make it, so please bid +/- with your proposition and write how you want to make it. Also thi project is not for bots from india scammers, so in description write down “KRIAKRIA” :)

Live Video Stream Fr Our Site

Want a simple easy to use page on our site that we can stream live cam video from, audio would be nice but not necessary. Must be high quality, same as what we get from using instant messenger. Page should be password protected.

Not porn and would prefer not to work with someone who has worked on porn sites.

Will only consider designers who can give us a example site.
