The problem is that this page is not converting well at all. I would like to have this page designed where it will convert better so that I would get more signups.

I have two templates attached. I am considering using one of these two templates depending on how they look and match the color scheme of my original site: http://www.dominatemysportsbetting.com

I need my logo put at the top, which is just the words “Dominate My Sports Betting” off my landing page.

I also need the Aweber code implemented.

I also need a button (I am not sure if that is the right word for it) that is off to the side of the video player that says “$47 Value”

And just some help with putting in the headline and other text; and let me know where to put the video embed code once the video is ready to be uploaded.

Need video squeeze page for a new project. It will lead those who sign up to a sales page, than on to a dilvery page. Videos woll be hosted on youtube. Looking for a fast turn around on this project. Already have logo’s, text, and video to insert.

I am looking for someone to design me a video squeeze page template for one of my sites.

1) My current LOGO revised and added to the header and footer of #2

2) A Video Squeeze page (NO TEMPLATES) With the theme of a radio station. On this radio stations panel there should be a large lcd screen. This is where I’d like a slot to be place for me to easily insert and remove my video clips.

3) I need a basic branded confirmation page and Thank you page.

I want something that is easy to edit and ad keywords to as well. I would like a variety of video squeeze page templates as well if someone has that.
