I need a script created that will allow me to control what time and date FLV videos are played back within an online video player.

For example: If I set the video to start playback at 5:00pm and someone trys to view the video at 5:10pm, the video player should buffer the video untill 10 minutes have buffered so when the video starts playing it will be 10 minutes into the video already.

If you are at the main page, and click on the category button, you can see subcategories (amateurs etc). If you click on the subcategory, you can see all videos of just on subcategory (i.e. amateurs). On the right sight you will notice an add banner.

What I need is that whenever a users is in the subcategory, that I can serve subcategory specif adds. So I want to be able to server adds for teens, some for celebrities etc.

There must be the ability to change adds when required, as advertisers change frequently.

I am look for a clean integration with the existing advertising solution of of the script (please look at admin section). Don’t want quick fix hack.

Normally ccbill works by adding usernames and password into a htaccess file. But this script works with a mysql database to store this information.

We are starting a promotion for a holiday destination, where users will vote on the best holiday video of that destination.

Registered Users can send the link to a video they have uploaded to YouTube.
The video must have been uploaded to YouTube within the last 3 months.
The videos must be visible on the website with the Users name and number of votes so far.
The promotion must be in spanish, english and german (the User chooses the language on the website).

Users can only upload videos if they have registered with the website.
Both registered Users and non registered Users can vote

Website administrator must have the following information:

How many videos and which videos have been uploaded with dates
No. of hits per video per day
No. of votes split by registered and non registered users
No. of users by language

Bidders must specify detailed solution and time frame.
