I need to get a clone of the video blog at http://www.masscontrolsite.com/blog. Something very similar to this where I will be able to change the video and put comments underneath.

The archived videos will be thumbnails of each full size video. when the thumbnail is clicked, the video will be loaded into the full size video player. Each thumb should also have the date of the video and a brief two line description.

The final part of the project is to create a deep archive of videos from previous months and years to make videos accessible at all times. this archive menu can be a dropdown list just containing a text link to each archived video.
