I have an existing site that I want to make a word press template out out of. I have all the images and psd versions of the site that I have created. I wish to create a new template while were are making changes. Below is what I am looking to change.
1. Old site is 870 px, new site needs to be 960 px wide.
2. Old Design has banners at the top of page. Needing help to modify a design to remove banner space.. Have Photoshop versions of all images ect.
3. Needing an expert’s graphic experience on the website to add that extra touch. This may include creating a new .psd template from scratch or modifying the ones that I supply.
4. I will be using WordPress so a word press template theme would be needed. After job is completed I want all source files so the template can be modified later. Please do not flatten the layers and please keep everything organized and named so someone can read it later on, see my example .psd files for examples of what I am looking for.
5. Old site has no menu drop down, new site needs menu drop down. Also the old site uses images for buttons, we need to do the same effect for text only.
6. I will be using some static pages that does not need any side bar or widgets, but I will still be using a blog so the blog will need to be modified so that sidebar widgets match the site.
7. I need the final theme, zipped so I can upload to my own site, I would like the progress reports to be on your server, this means that you need to upload changes ect on your server with the theme for review.

The only other way i believe is to have three versions of a five page site on only five pages is to use CSS and javascript to display the appropriate language version and hide the other two versions on a page depending on whether a user’s clicked on a flag.

I need help with creating a logo (or actually a couple of logos) for a software suite.
The name of the software suite is DigiSport. It is a series of applications used for television broadcasting – mainly but not only sports. I have tried to put together some key words that should influence the design:
- Television
- Football (European – soccer)
- Timing (clocks)
- Graphics
- Speed
- Technology
I need a couple of versions of the logo, for different uses:
- A high-res (vector) colour version (eps or ai files)
- A high-res (vector) black-and-white version for use on white background (eps or ai files)
- A splash-screen version in colour (bitmap 300×300 pixels, tga file with alpha-channel)
- A icon version for files, 16×16, 32×32 and 64×64 pixels (ico file)
For all icon versions a tga file should also be included, with alpha channel. The vector versions should also have a transparent background, making them usable on any background.
The different versions don’t need to have identical design, as long as they are easily recognized. There should never be any doubt that they belong to the same project, but obviously a full-res vector version can have more details than a 16×16 pixels file.
Bids that contains example of previous, similar work, has an advantage. The same applies if you describe your experience with this kind of designs.
Terms for the project:
- Delivery should be made in two steps: first one or more draft(s) showing the basic design idea, and then after approval the final logos.
- All rights (exclusively) to use the logos should belong to me.

I basically need a good designer able to do animation on an already made header. Remember, you need to be a good designer with animation skills as some details may need to be done from scratch.
I just want different versions of the header, which already has a mascot.
For example:
Christmas version
Halloween version
Summer version
Winter version
etc…
All will be done on a header that I will give to you, but one image for each version. There will be anywhere from 10-20 different versions, but should not be too difficult as you will just need to place objects onto the mascot and surrounding areas.

This is more of a development test project so the end result does not have to be an entirely pretty polished interface, but a working example. (very low bandwidth use is important, only for voice on VOIP not music, so keep it as low as possible using lowest codecs)
The goal is to create a P2P VOIP appliction in visual basic, that will also allow IM and file transfers (small pictures). The system should have an address book, and open channels which are essentially like radio channels. as well as the VOIP ability to call an individual.
So the system would work as follows, when started there would be a default ‘Channel’ which is like a big confrence room that each peice of software is set to. So that when you communicate through VOIP on that ‘Radio Channel’ like a CB radio everyone can hear that. There should be the ability to create an unlimited amount of ‘Channels’ with any name required. so for example an event could be given a new channel and it could either be an open channel that anyone can join. or a passworded channel.
When someone joins that channel, any IM message / Broadcast message which is not specific to one person gets sent to everyone on that channel through P2P, as with file transfers. The system should be encrypted.
In addition there should also be the ability to have an address book, so if users were not on a channel, or they wanted to talk to a specific person they could use that VOIP call that would be direct to that person, not in the confrence call.
Another feature would be the ability to ‘listen’ into multiple ‘Confrence’ calls. So in essence there would be multiple radio channels much like a CB and the software can be told to monitor one channel, which might light up on the screen when talking comes up on that one, and have the radio set to monitor and talk on another channel.
One other feature is there would be two versions of the software, one mobile and another a server like desktop version. So the mobile software can all commuincate to eachother even if the server is not there, but the mobile can also communicate with the desktop software which would have more messaging abilities, and more administrative abilities in setting up mobile nodes and the likes.
Another important feature is the ability to updates to the software to be distributed automatically from the desktop version.
In terms of software, the mobile versions would all be on a big LAN, and desktop versions most likely on WAN so some ability to communicate would be important between the two, even if the mobile versions send a register command to the WAN desktop servers to get lists of who is on, radio channels, information and then update that information so that if connection is lost they can still function.

Keepiong budget to a minimum is important as well as its a trial idea build not a finished project, and i would need copies of all source code and visual basic project files so i could modify that if needed.
You can use existing open source VB solutions if they help achieve the end goal, but basically i want the end application to be all in one, not an application that interfaces to an existing softphone or something, it needs to be in the app.

One other important feature would be to allow for at least in desktop software logins with different permissions (eg use, settings, supervisor, guest) and that all the desktop consoles have an ability to link up automatically with each other and the mobile software somehow.
In addition a transactions database should be maintained within the software so that logs of messages / files being sent are kept as well as calls being made etc so stats can be provided and logs are kept in a database of some sort.

System needs to be true VOIP P2P, so would be able to function without a server being present. But if a server (being any desktop software) was present, it would detect it and get all channels, settings, information and retain that in case the server disappeared.
Cant rely on the server though, each software node needs to be able to broadcast to discover both LAN and WAN nodes and list those and their status and information in like a buddy (or present nodes) list, not have to enter IP addresses. Kind of like DHT i think.

Either way it needs to be meeting the requirements of above, and i guess idiot proof in that it cant require servers, or users to enter IP addresses, should just work.
Whilst it cant require servers, it can download information from desktop systems to get more information about other nodes, both in internal and external networks, but it should keep copies of those tables so if the desktop nodes are not present, it has the ability to find nodes in the private network, or on the WAN.
I guess it is really client-less, all nodes become super-nodes in the DHT sense.

- Articles can be edited and created only in sections and categories specified by an administrator in the backend configuration tab of the component.

- If multiple users are editing the same article, the last one to save will have the current article, the other updates will be saved as versions. If multiple edits are happening at the same time, an alert should be displayed on the editor’s screen. No checkin/checkout.

Basically almost all the questions are multiple choice, but there are many versions of these MC questions & answers, so be sure to see and study the attachment so that the db template will, in fact, accomodate these various versions of multiple choice and/or matching.

Background
For this assignment, you complete a program to play the game of “Twenty-one” (also called “Blackjack”).
The general idea of Twenty-one is as follows. There are two players, the customer and the dealer. The dealer deals a card face down to the customer, then a card face up to herself (the up-card), then another card to the customer and another card to herself, both face down. In most cases, the customer may then ask for more cards, one at a time. The dealer does the same, and the hand is resolved. The object of the game is to be dealt a set of cards whose total value is as close to 21 as possible without going over.
Cards are dealt from a deck of 52. There are four cards in the deck with value 2, four with value 3, and so on up to value 9; there are sixteen cards with value 10 (four 10′s and twelve face cards: four jacks, four queens, and four kings); and there are four cards (“aces”) whose value may be either 1 or 11 depending on the value of a player’s remaining cards. For both players, an ace counts 11 unless the hand total is more than 21, in which case it counts 1.
