Configure my product import and export feeds.

1) I already have a Vendor Import tool, I need you to configure my 5 vendors feeds by either csv or xml files, ensuring that all the correct data including product description, prices, price percentage, product image are imported correctly. many images will need to be linked and imported from icecat. I will supply you all access information and files, i may need you to learn on to access the information from my different vendors to import the information correctly.

2) utilining my feed export generator tools that i purchased from magneticone.com setup the various export feeds to submit my products to each of the different merchant sources, such as google, amazon, shopzilla, etc. I already have the tool for each platform, each one needs to be configured for automatic ftp. I have a support chat you may speak with from the manufacturer if needed.

3) install free icecat oscommerce addon to import products images and descriptions not available from vendors through icecat.biz

4) install a free oscommerce adon to export my products to ebay configure and execute.

test all export tools ensuring they are exporting the feeds daily via ftp to the merchant services. test all feeds for error and accuracy.

To see an example of what I am referring to, you can look at PaySpree.com. This is the sort of site I want.

The following features MUST be included:

Mls And Advertising Website

Our firm needs to have built a website that will do a few things. This will be a joint web and iPhone application if feasible. This is what we need for Phase I.

There will be two interfaces for this site. Think the real estate business. You have a broker interface to list properties for sale and a buyer/seller public interface to search for houses for sale .

1)A broker client will have a template on which he can enter a product for sale. The public cannot upload products. The broker must also be able to list all related specifications and data including documents relevant to the product such as brochures or tax invoices, inspection reports etc. Full scale photo and video hosting is needed to represent the product as well.

2)There needs to be a MLS-style system to search for products on the broker side. This MLS side needs to be repurposed for the public to view in classified ad-type format. Think local Real Estate multiple listing database, size, and scope. 150,000 plus entries.

3)There will be complete, absolute, and full detailed analytics of product and buyer traffic on the site.

4)There will be the ability for each vendor to have a small mini-website within the main site. There are approximately 4000 vendors that will need their own mini-site.

In Phase II, there will be many more features involving document management for the sale process, networking for vendors to work with to move more product, tools to identify which vendors buyers are communicating with and the ability for buyers to choose preferred vendors, ability for database of sold records to be kept and worked with, automatic reports to vendors of buyer and product traffic, and much more.

The first job will be to build the first basic site with 4 features listed above. This is a full scale enterprise site. We have funding. We need professional quotes. This is an absolutely no flash or glam site. Think Craigslist.org simple or Ebay simple. It has to be super-intuitive and easy-to-use. It has to load as fast as possible. No eye-wash. It needs to scale and adapt.

We want to stay away from Microsoft.net and licensed software. We have to utilize open source technologies for this build. We would hope to use Linux, MySQL, CSS3, HTML5, and the other up-to-date and relevant web technologies.

Order Management Application

The scope of this project involves building a complete online order management application The system is a hub for customers to place orders, the order to be distributed to various vendors, who will then accept the order, perform the service, upload the document (finished order) and transmit the completed order to the customer with minimal administration by the owner (us) of the website.

Some orders will be paid via a credit card on file, others with credit card at time of order, and others on account will be invoiced to the customer.

Key areas are:
1. Ease of use
2. Time triggers as all orders are time sensitive
3. Auto notifications of late orders.
4. Order exception handling
5. Automatic distribution of order to groups of vendors in the geographical area of the service to be performed.
6. System to rate vendors by timely delivery and lack of complaints (user rating system plus delivery time rating).
7. Job “calender” showing customers and vendors order placed and when they are due.
8. Upload of finished orders by vendors and distribution to the order placer (lender).
9. Finally, the application should be created with the ability to brand it and set up a quick subdomain and run a copy for another company to manage their orders seperate from us.

The BEST way to get an idea of the job is to view an external site that we currently use to perform this service. The site is deficient and we know exactly what we need to improve in our version.

The “example site” does not have payment features, it lacks customizable email responders and triggers. It has no rating system and has no order distribution system. However, looking at it will give you a good idea of the scope of the project. It DOES show jobs on a job calendar with is a good feature.

Purpose of website is to connect between Vendors and Vendors and Vendors and Customers.
Vendor signs up to website and creates a vendor profile which will have certain fields including photo.
Vendor lists items to be viewed. Each item has several fields that identify this item when vendor lists it, and if customer is interested he can contact vendor directly to find out more information about the item. No sales are done through the website.
Vendor may send customers to other Vendors.
Vendors may be refereed by other vendors. If vendor is referred then points are given to referring vendor according to a scoring formula. Depending on number of points, that will be the sorting factor when customers search for vendors.
Customer can search for items by State, City, Zip Code. Vendor will list items by state city zip code.
When customer searches, he can see a few items without need to register, but if he wants to view more items he needs to register.
Customer may sign up for alerts for new items that meet his search criteria, and we need ability to email customer when new item is listed.
Customer may ask to find a vendor, and then he will fill out a form for contact.
On all registration and information pages, capcha is required.
Layout will require ability to insert ads, and ad management in cms will be required.
Ability to email customers in certain geographic area, vendors in certain geographic area is needed.
Condition: NDA required, all rights transferred to me, and you can never do a site like this for anyone else.
Terms: Escrow through Scriptlance to be released when project is finished and all bugs are fixed.

We need to add membership to our website.
This will require collecting user information and allowing certain pages to be seen only by signed-in users.
In additin to normal visitors to our website, that come to browse and search information on the website, the membership pages need to collect information about vendors. The vendor’s information is in addition to the information that is collected for normal website visitors.
Vendors will have some of their information shown for free on the website. In order, to make all of the vendor’s information visible to the website visitors, the vendors need to pay an annual fee. The payment needs to be collected using PayPal.
Members (non-vendors and vendors) will have to be able to edit/update their profiles and information.
Members and non-members will see different information about the vendors, hence the requirement certain pages to be seen only by signed-in users..
Project is done in C#.net 2.0 with Ajax extentions and SQL DB. The membership needs to be done by taking advantage of MS Membership support for .NET 2.0.
Detailed requirements document will be provided.
We will aslo provide the existing project code + SQL insert statements for you to replicate the database on your own server. This will guarantee easy integration of your code.
The code you provide will be reviewed and only if approved will be integrated in the real website.

Ecommerce Multiple Vendors

I want to create ecommerce site with multiple vendor stores. This website needs to be user interactive and animated using flash, dhtml, php.

The Home page will animated graphic of city street showing storefronts of multiple vendors. Shopper will feel like they are walking down a real city street. Like on a real city street, each vendor will sell a different type of product. Some vendors store will sell clothing, another may sell jewelry, other vendor may sell electronics, etc. etc. This site needs to hold between 10-25 vendor stores.

Shopper will navigate down the street. Shopper will click on a storefront image to enter vendor store to shop. Each vendor store will need interactive introduction to greet the Shopper.

Each vendor store needs to operate independently of the other vendor stores on the website. Each vendor store will sell products with sub-category selection menu. Each product will have multiple images, description and price linked to vendor shopping cart. Each vendor will have their own shopping cart and method of payment processing. Some vendors will use paypal, others will use their credit card merchant account.

I need custom CMS Admin panel to manage everything.

The primary objective for the site is to allow company to post project for vendors to bid and allow the project discussion to be done fully online.

Need Work On Current Forum

I own a forum called code1forum.com. It is for law enforcement officers to help each other in the field of technology. The second part of the forum needs to allow vendors to sign up and register. Vendors cannot communicate with officers but officer can post question reference technology so that all vendors will receive. Vendors will be charged to sign up and need to also incorporate some type of payment on site. You will also need to know how to add advertising to the forum. There is a little more detail but will discuss after I select programmer. I need this job done in less than a week. Please review my current forum. I was told that the programmer would need to know SMF (simple machines forum.)

Security for this website is in place, but programmer needs to be aware that this site needs to be secure.

Hi I am wanting a multi vendor, multi store shopping mall script, PHP . It would be a hybrid of Bigcartel and myspace with one checkout for all vendors, vendor can add shipping costs and split payments from customer to admin and vendor, commission and flat rate.
Vendors backend must be simple WYSIWYG editor with vendors own control panel and signup, must be able to email admin, vendor, customer with order details. Vendor would be able to use sub-domain or own domain name.

Landing page would have header, footer, left side bar categories menu, right side bar featured store text links, centre panel thumbnail’s 4×4 of vendor store front or logo linkable to store, that rotate between all stores, just above footer a banner on the newest store signup vendor stores must have adsense switch so it can be turn on or off per store by admin and google maps available and discount coupons or codes for vendors.

Admin backend allow free and paid signup with autoresponer, would like system for short term rental of store, control of the number of products per store, admin to approve all stores add or remove stores, multi page stores, admin reports number of sales , number of hits per store, per site etc etc would be keen on your input to make this a great site

Fetching Web Data Into Epesi

Need a module working under EPESI custom platform. It will fetch/grab data on demand and daily basis from websites such as skapiec.pl, idealo.de, etc.
Data would have to be matched based on upc/ean, mpn, sku, product name, etc,… and displayed on a webpage with multi or single line items (if automatically can not be done it should be done manually).
The main goal is to scrape over 100 websites, rather close to 200. One scraper per website is fine as long as there is a configuration that will handle all the scrapers setting, etc.

Websites should contain:

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer’s environment–Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer’s environment.
b) For all others including software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered “work made for hire” under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder’s Seller Legal Agreement).
4) NDA

Requirements:
1. Has to work under EPESI platform located at http://sourceforge.net/projects/epesi
2. Common identification of products such as UPC/EAN, MPN, SKU. If no identification of product found it will be matched by Title.
3. Whenever possible use functions already used in the system, no overhead accepted
4. Products that are scrapped (grabbed) from price search websites should be matched as per specification
5. Products need to have price search action button next to it in WMS module as well ability to search using autocomplete function.
6. New sites to scrap should be easy to add (no more than 2 hour of work to add new site by admin) and utilize plugins
7. Sites that are already done have to be configurable in order for admin to make script corrections
8. Websites categories should be matched with categories in wms and ecommerce module, therefore with a single click desired products from a chosen category should be fetched. Action button in WMS module.
9. Multiple fetching hosts. Hosts will fetch data from multiple websites locations and place it in the same db. Master module will command slave modules how, when ,and from which website to fetch the data. Master module will tell which fetching host to use for which website. It should alternate randomly hosts and report any problems through alerter in EPESI. Active hosts will redistribute the load if there are problems with fetching. (something like load-balancing)
10. Websites categories should be indexed and saved for future fetching requests. It will have to be done periodically and if any current settings are changed send alert through EPESI to inform admin in order to make changes.
11. Implement on the fly translation in order to match categories and products info being fetched as well matching should be done base on sample of products in the category if identification at point 2 of the req. is not available.
12. Data should be stored in the database for easy retrieval as per EPESI project manager specification
14. Real-time exchange rates updates for different currencies
15. Number of entries to calculate average prices needs to be configurable
16. All Displayed columns has to be sorted.
17. When action initialized:
a)It will collect data once a day as a whole system
b)As a Category (list of products)
c)As a single product
18. Ability to add, remove columns (data)

Pages should have:
1. Manufacturer, Model, Description, vendor, Category, Lowest Price from website (will calculate currency based on the default selected) and actual lowest price, show percentage of difference between the lowest value and the website value
a) Highlight in green the price that is the lowest and in the red that is the highest.
b) Ability to click on the price to go to the particular website’s product page
c) Ability to remove vendors that have unreal prices from website or have very low ratings

2. Manufacturer, Model, Description, Category, Average Price of 5 (configurable) lowest entries from website (using the selected default currency), Average Price of 5 lowest entries using original currency, show percentage of difference between the lowest ave 5 and the highest website price
a) Highlight in green the price that is the lowest and in the red that is the highest
b) Ability to click on the ave. price to go to the particular website’s products page
c) Ability to remove vendors that have unreal prices from website or have very low ratings

3. Product Name, Description, 5 websites with the lowest prices (default currency), price range of 5 lowest websites (default currency), price range of 5 highest websites (default currency), percentage between average of 5 lowest and 5 highest website prices (default currency)
a) Ability to click on price to go to the particular website’s products page
b) Ability to remove vendors that have unreal prices from website or have very low ratings

4. Reporting module to Generate reports from the data stored in the database
a) The reporting module will have to work similar to crystal reports. I can create my own reports and the data would be populated on the website. Charting is not necessary but if it goes with reports it would be ok.
b) Products that have the highest percentage difference

It has to be easy to integrate into a website (modular design) and have admin site to control the configuration.
All parameters used should be configurable as per EPESI module administration
Additional website (price search engine) should be easy to add. The data grabber website should run without locking up, be fast and responsive.
The operation of the module has to be user friendly.

EPESI,PHP,AJAX,JAVASCRIPT and MySQL DB

Additional questions.

UPC/EAN matching, MPN matching, SKU matching matching. IF no identification of product found it will be matched by Title.

Title matching should be automatic base on the probability…

1. If All words are present it would be 100% match.
2. If at least 2 words are matched and the rest is not it would be 75% match.
3. If 1 word is present it would be 25% match.
4. No match

The percentage of matching does not matter at this point it would have to be worked out.
The base for text matching is a Title of the product.
Point 1. “Nikon D90″ present everywhere would be 100% match
Point 2. “Nikon D90 body”, “Nikon D90 korpus”, “Nikon D90 kit” 75%
Point 3. “Nikon lens”, “Nikon flash”, “Nikon P80″ 25%
Point 4. None would be left in the repository for matching or deletion.

All 100% matches would be done without manual intervention.
The 75% matches would be shown to the end user as the best suggestion and accepted or not. If not it would have to be matched with the remaining products.
The 25% matches would be shown to the end user as the best suggestion. If not accepted it would have to be matched with the remaining products.
If products is matched it should be remembered.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer’s environment–Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer’s environment.
b) For all others including software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered “work made for hire” under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder’s Seller Legal Agreement).
4) NDA

Requirements:
1. Has to work under EPESI platform located at http://sourceforge.net/projects/epesi
2. Common identification of products such as UPC/EAN, MPN, SKU. If no identification of product found it will be matched by Title.
3. Whenever possible use functions already used in the system, no overhead accepted
4. Products that are scrapped (grabbed) from price search websites should be matched as per specification
5. Products need to have price search action button next to it in WMS module as well ability to search using autocomplete function.
6. New sites to scrap should be easy to add (no more than 2 hour of work to add new site by admin) and utilize plugins
7. Sites that are already done have to be configurable in order for admin to make script corrections
8. Websites categories should be matched with categories in wms and ecommerce module, therefore with a single click desired products from a chosen category should be fetched. Action button in WMS module.
9. Multiple fetching hosts. Hosts will fetch data from multiple websites locations and place it in the same db. Master module will command slave modules how, when ,and from which website to fetch the data. Master module will tell which fetching host to use for which website. It should alternate randomly hosts and report any problems through alerter in EPESI. Active hosts will redistribute the load if there are problems with fetching. (something like load-balancing)
10. Websites categories should be indexed and saved for future fetching requests. It will have to be done periodically and if any current settings are changed send alert through EPESI to inform admin in order to make changes.
11. Implement on the fly translation in order to match categories and products info being fetched as well matching should be done base on sample of products in the category if identification at point 2 of the req. is not available.
12. Data should be stored in the database for easy retrieval as per EPESI project manager specification
14. Real-time exchange rates updates for different currencies
15. Number of entries to calculate average prices needs to be configurable
16. All Displayed columns has to be sorted.
17. When action initialized:
a)It will collect data once a day as a whole system
b)As a Category (list of products)
c)As a single product
18. Ability to add, remove columns (data)

Pages should have:
1. Manufacturer, Model, Description, vendor, Category, Lowest Price from website (will calculate currency based on the default selected) and actual lowest price, show percentage of difference between the lowest value and the website value
a) Highlight in green the price that is the lowest and in the red that is the highest.
b) Ability to click on the price to go to the particular website’s product page
c) Ability to remove vendors that have unreal prices from website or have very low ratings

2. Manufacturer, Model, Description, Category, Average Price of 5 (configurable) lowest entries from website (using the selected default currency), Average Price of 5 lowest entries using original currency, show percentage of difference between the lowest ave 5 and the highest website price

3. Product Name, Description, 5 websites with the lowest prices (default currency), price range of 5 lowest websites (default currency), price range of 5 highest websites (default currency), percentage between average of 5 lowest and 5 highest website prices (default currency)
a) Ability to click on price to go to the particular website’s products page
b) Ability to remove vendors that have unreal prices from website or have very low ratings

4. Reporting module to Generate reports from the data stored in the database
a) The reporting module will have to work similar to crystal reports. I can create my own reports and the data would be populated on the website. Charting is not necessary but if it goes with reports it would be ok.
b) Products that have the highest percentage difference

It has to be easy to integrate into a website (modular design) and have admin site to control the configuration.
All parameters used should be configurable as per EPESI module administration
Additional website (price search engine) should be easy to add. The data grabber website should run without locking up, be fast and responsive.
The operation of the module has to be user friendly.

UPC/EAN matching, MPN matching, SKU matching matching. IF no identification of product found it will be matched by Title.

Title matching should be automatic base on the probability…

1. If All words are present it would be 100% match.
2. If at least 2 words are matched and the rest is not it would be 75% match.
3. If 1 word is present it would be 25% match.
4. No match

The percentage of matching does not matter at this point it would have to be worked out.
The base for text matching is a Title of the product.
Point 1. “Nikon D90″ present everywhere would be 100% match
Point 2. “Nikon D90 body”, “Nikon D90 korpus”, “Nikon D90 kit” 75%
Point 3. “Nikon lens”, “Nikon flash”, “Nikon P80″ 25%
Point 4. None would be left in the repository for matching or deletion.

All 100% matches would be done without manual intervention.
The 75% matches would be shown to the end user as the best suggestion and accepted or not. If not it would have to be matched with the remaining products.
The 25% matches would be shown to the end user as the best suggestion. If not accepted it would have to be matched with the remaining products.
If products is matched it should be remembered.
