Smarty Coupons App

Overview:
Coupons for mobile devices including Android, Rim, and Apple operating systems.
The user will have the ability to download a coupon app for multiple towns grouped into geographical sections.

The coupon will be presented to the vender from the user. When it is verified by the vendor either the vendor or the user will press the accept button and the coupon will delete itself. Upon deletion it will automatically email the vendor and our server the coupon number.

User Functionality:
After downloading the app the user will be presented with a splash screen of the logo ‘Smarty Coupons’. This screen will fade from view and then a second screen will display the towns associated with that app. The user will then select a town and the coupons will appear in a booklet form with page flip capability. The user will flip through the coupons one by one simulating a printed coupon book.
In the upper left corner of the app will be a category search button. When pressed it will display the different categories that book has to offer and display the number of vendors in that category. When the category is pressed the app will return to the booklet and start the user off on the coupon of that category.

On each coupon there will be a ‘Accept Coupon’ (delete) slider or button. Once pressed it will ask to confirm, ‘This coupon will be redeemed and deleted from this app?’

Once a coupon is deleted an email will be sent to the vendor and Smarty Coupons. A unique identifying number will be sent with the email. Vendor code plus number.

Administrator Functionality:
A website will hold the database of all coupons downloaded to the app. The admin will have the option of creating a new town and uploading coupons to the town. Coupons will be in either jpg or png format created by the admin. Upon opening the app it will check for new coupons.

I need a very basic vendor module for Magento. Right now, in our Magento Store there is no place to manage the vendor. We have total of 6 vendors (suppliers) who ships the product that is sold from our website.
