Cs-cart – Vbulletin Guru

I need someone who have strong understanding of Cs-cart and Vbulletin to develop a module to synchronize users registration process between these 2 scripts.
For example, when user registers at cs-cart, the script will automatically write users information into Vbulletin tables so that users need to register ONCE to access both sites.
It seems easy, but you must understand cs-cart architectures and codes.
Don’t bid if you don’t understand cs-cart and Vbulletin as I had many developers who couldn’t do it in the past.

Need A Vbulletin Guru

I need a vbulletin guru to prepare a quick script that will allow me to display the new posts on my homepage (my homepage is in .html not .php- so probably need java or something similar to display the new posts). The script should be simple and should give me options such as number of new posts to display, the width, height, background color, etc.
