I need a wordpress plugin that will do the following:

1. allow a user to input/update their street address using a pre-existing format in the usermeta table. (currently only the admin has access to this data)

2. list the states where users live (on a public page)

3. Once state is selected, list users (on a public page) by city, alphabetically by last name, with level if possible (different from what is in wp_capabilities)

Component(s) needed for Joomla CMS. Would be working in partner with project manager, need good communication skills, tolerable ego, and excellent php coding skills. Joomla, JQuery, JUser, JTable, JHTML experience a must. Ordered and disciplined coding style. Much prefer individual to company employee.

Please quote me your cost for two grades of difficulty, a simple module (eg: a search, which queries user data fields), moderately engaging component (eg: user front end component, collecting and displaying specific user data sets, with backend admin editing of all user data fields).

To be consistent quote in the project amount form for #2)a moderately engaging component.

I realize this seems vague but there is more than one component most likely and I need to get a feel for your ability to meet the defined criteria.

Develop a user database that allows me to store information, search for data, modify it, and store it back. Develop a web site interface so that multiple users can each manage their databases.

I need this functionality:

when i enter a side, and it has a form(s) with defined input field names,
than they are automatically filled with appropriate data, retrived from
data base.

My suggestion is to create local application, that could connect to DB,
and run in the background (in system tray maybe?). User can login to this
application.

Next create a browser plugin (i suggest IE, cause in FF there are problems
with cross-domain security issues).
1. The plugin will contact running local application (by ajax request),
and recive user data from db.
2. If the applicatoin is not running, and the plugin didn’t recive user
data, it shuold not be filling form fiels.
3. If plugin is enabled, then every page (or page that I specify if it
could be dane) that the browser send a request for, should be parsed by
the plugin, in search for defined field names in all froms on the web
page.
4. The field names don’t have to be specified at runtime, they could be
hardcoded (but ofcorse it would be nice, if they could be changed).
5. DEFINING FIELDS:
I would like to specify more than one form field name, that should be
filled with data from DB.
So for exammle for user data: “name”, retrived from db, I wish to define
if the form field name is one of: “name”, “login”, “firstname”, then this
field will be filled with the user data.
