Simple User Community In Joomla

I need an addon plugin or a module for Joomla 1.5:

- List all Users of Joomla by clicking in the menu item
- List online users too.
- User Photo Library: Each user can add photos to his own profile in joomla.
- All Users can see the other user’s photos.
- Messages to users. User can send messages to another users. (with a copy to super administrator).
- This project must be installed as a plugin (zipped).

Elgg User Community Site

We have a small company user community site already installed with Elgg (not live yet). The objective of the site it to allow our clients to communicate and collaborate with others using our product. We would expect to have only about 10 users online at a time.
We need someone to:
- assist with the customizing of the main page and the user’s home page
- install the various plugins and get the site up and running

-Programmer must have worked with ELGG
