Recently we have been encountering several problems on our server including sudden increase in memory usage and other scripts such as tailwatchd failing. After restarting the system problem resolves, however after a couple of minutes or hours, memory usage continues to increase until maximum.

It is a stock photo site, users upload photos, the site creates 2 thumbnails once the file is uploaded. The problem is that it is using way too much memory. I have the limit set at 128MB, lower than that, and sometimes the thumbnails do not get generated. I do not think this is alright, something must be wrong with the way the script is written. I need someone to find out why it uses to much memory, and try to figure out a way to lower that memory usage.

In the near future I plan on having the site overhauled with a new upload system, so that may fix the problem as well, but I need a fix now.

I need a system similar to google Adwords billing setup or any utility company.

The system must:
Process transactions through authorize.net or similar merchant service.
Auto-charge customers monthly based on usage(ie variable amounts).

For example: A customer signed up and agrees to pay $5 per lead, in the previous month they received 10 leads, the system needs to charge the customer $50 automatically. Same deal if the next month they get 100 leads, they need to be charged $100 the next month without any action of their own.

The ability to add custom scripts into a tab which would be dual purpose for guiding the call center rep through the call as well as having fields for order entry.

The end user side of the app needs to follow this format;
Rep clicks on the tab and it will initiate a new order entry with the script pre-loaded. While speaking with the customer and filling out the form the required additional fields will populate dependent on yes or no responses or other responses. It needs to logically be able to drive the rep in the correct direction for the call and the order entry. I would like only some portions of the script readable until the rep either fills out sections of the form or gets a response to a yes or no question. The app itself needs to have the ability to link to other versions of the same or other scripts based on what kind of call it is (we have 5 scripts right now but are planning to add many more) I envision this being at the top of the tab once loaded it could have links to the various types of scripts they could need.

The admin side of the app should follow this format;
GUI/Wizard for future scripts to be added on the fly as needed.
Complete documentation of code used and its usage / purpose.
I want to have the full source for future usage / implementation of more scripting and better logic as we find what works best and is needed. I would like to initiate a long term plan for assistance should future versions require it. I do not want something recoded I would like this to be custom and for our usage only. No sharing this amongst any communities.

We have a script that creates a work order. After testing we have found at least 3 bugs that need to be fixed.

1 – we choose a product and it lists the items that we need to make it up. Right now it is only listing the items that are tied to the product for some products and not all of them. Example i have 3 items tied to product A and it shows all 3…but product B has 5 items tied to it and it doesn’t show any.

2 – on the products that we can make it doesn’t show us our annual usage correctly. The annual usage should total up 12 months of sales from the product table. So for example if we can make product A it does show our annual usage but if we can not make product B then it says 0. I’m hoping once #1 is fixed this issue will probably be fixed.

3 – there is a line that shows our current inventory. It should total up all the amounts from lot.inventory. It works on some products correctly and does not on others.

4 – there is a line that shows us the last time we made the product by looking into work_order_time but it’s not showing correctly. For example we made product A 4 months ago and it shows the last time we made it was 3 years ago. We also wanted it to print out in Jan 14 2009 format instead of datetime.
