I’m looking for a programmer who will write for me a script to redirect an URL. Script’s description:
I have a URL like that: domain.com/redirect (URL)
the URL will go a link 1 if ‘REFERRING URL’= 0 (no referring URL) else the URL will go to link 2 (have referring URL)

I want URL like this http://www.somedomain.net/index.php?ref=somedomain.com redirect to http://www.somedomain.net
the index page is coded in php and smarty.
i have a visitor tracker in header so it must redirect before it reachs it to avoid double hits counting.
i suspect this would be best done through .htaccess but also doable through php. this is any easy task for someone with .htaccess and php experience so i am placing a maximum project budget on $50.

I have a website hosted on a Godaddy account using a WordPress template. When I type the domain name in the URL it directs to http://domainname.com.
How come it doesn’t show the www. part in the URL bar? This seems like a very simple project to make sure the URL shows www in front of the domain name. Can this be done through the WordPress template or do you have to access through FTP?
I need this fixed today. Please make a bid.
