I need work done on a .net site. I’ll pay $100 for this

1.I need to add UPS shipping rates API into a site.
So, if there is a shipping charge, the shipping amount will be based on the api’s
rate for the zip code and weight in 1, 2, 3 lbs increments I also need to add 2 day & overnight.

We currently do not charge freight on tools. If however the customer wants 2nd Day or Next Day we would need to calculate freight on the total weight of the order. They will add the weight for each & every tool manually as they do currently.
