Photographs are being uploaded by visitors to my website currently. When people upload photos of various sizes, some photos get distorted because the height/width ratio of the displayed photos is fixed. So when the uploaded photos have a different height/width ratio, the photos don’t look right.

I need a programmer to write a script such that any uploaded photo maintains its height/width ratio after the upload.

I need to edit a video to upload to YouTube so it shows a specific thumbnail instead of the one choosen by YouTube.

YouTube lets you choose 3 thumbnails from an uploaded video. The thumbnails are chosen from frames positioned at about 1/4 of the length of the video in seconds, 1/2 of the length of the video, and 3/4 of the length of the video. The key frame is inserted on those positions, for a split second, and then, when the video is uploaded to YouTube, the key frame should be shown a one of the thumbnail options.

The process is pretty simple for the person with the right software and experience editing videos.

I have a video which I want to edit to make 10 copies, uploaded to 10 different YouTube accounts, but each one with different thumbnails, that should be inserted towards the end of the video.

I’ll provide the thumbnails and the youtube accounts once I select the final programmer for this job.

You should prove that you can do the project by inserting the attached picture to any video uploaded youtube. In that way, I can see that you were successful uploading and choosing your own thumbnail.

The final deliverable is the uploaded videos in youtube with the chosen thumbnails, plus the edited file with the spilt in the right frame so I can add other thumbnails in the future.

I had a programmer create a site, but he ran into personal issues preventing him from completing upload. The entire site should be finished and just needs uploaded. It has an SQL database. There are several .js, HTML, and image files.

I need this done by 9/20/2011, 8:00 a.m. PST (USA West Coast time). As soon as I choose bid I will send files to upload. I would do this myself, but I am not familiar with databases and how to set them up. I have instructions from the previous programmer as well if that would help.

I would like to create a PHP web application using Zend Framework & Zend_PDF library. The application should be able to perform the following.

1. Simple User Registration (will be on xxx.website.com, for example)
2. Login, Session, Logout (will be on xxmembers.website.com, for example)
3. Membership Area after Login (3 column page)
4. User can upload document(s) in microsft office (.doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .rtf, .txt), PDF format.
5. If the uploaded document is not in PDF format, then the document should be converted to PDF format. The document will be uploaded to the database.
6. After the document is uploaded, it should be displayed to the user (in middle column) with thumbnails on right column
7. The user should be able to click any thumbnail and go to that page immediately.
8. A toolbar should be displayed on top which will have the following options
a. Zoomin
b. Zoomout
c. Zoom with %
d. Add Comment – The comment will be added to the document & also added as a record in database.
e. Highlight text
f. Save document
9. The user should be able to save the document (which will save in the database).
10. In Membership Area, the user can see the list of documents uploaded as a table with
a. Document name
b. Uploaded on
c. Last worked on
d. Export
11. Clicking on any document in this table, should open the document and allow the user to perform steps 7-9.
12. Clicking Export should send the document to user to save it on disk.

Other requirements:
1. Everything should be AJAX based. So, AJAX should be integrated within Zend Framework.
2. Javascript can be used, if required.
3. Simple Tables could be used to create UI design. I would like to create professional design later.
4. Everything should working in my domain hosted at dreamhost. You need to provide support for it.

After this project is done, there will be additional features to be implemented which will come up as a separate project. The same developer will be selected for extension projects too..

Need software in php to allow user to upload a photo of their face and to replace a blank area of a server side image with their face. This would work very similarly to a site already on the web – search for face hole in google to find!

This would work like this:

1) User uploads photo of their face
2) Generate low res image replacing blank area of server side photo with face from uploaded photo.
3) Allow user to resize and move their face until happy using realtime image editing screen.
4) Generate a small image (e.g. 800×600 pixels)
5) Generate a high resolution image e.g. 8mpx

It is the functionality I am looking for – I can code all the other pages and design these pages. Please add the word “photo” to your quote so I know you have read the spec

We are looking for a programmer to take our idea and create a workable uploadable program. In which members will be able to choose to build there tasks small or as big as they want, with a cost. Once they have created their unique list, it can then be uploaded from the kiosk, But we need the uploaded program to somehow have the ability to be protected so it cannot be copied, or downloaded. ALso the upload with contain the members id to keep track of whom uploaded from machine.

I will need 30-40 websites uploaded within a weeks time, templates and content will be provided, nothing too hard here.

If everything goes well I will need this done on a weekly basis, maybe more sites.

I want to reduce the byte size of images uploaded to my website.

Example:

A user uploads a 3MB image. I want the php code to reduce the byte size of the image to 600k.
If a user uploads an image of under 600k, then that image size will not be changed.

The dimesions of the image should not be changed.

I just bought a domain name off of sedo and have all ready taken possession of the domain name ( poker.org.uk ) unfortunately I do not have access to the ftp server with the old info.

I need someone to go in and save all of the website manually by visiting each page. I need all the images saved including the buttons and logo, the css, all the articles, so that I can upload the site to the new server and it will look exactly as is. I realize there is a search function that cannot be replicated I will simple remove that.

I will provide FTP access, you can then upload all of the files.

I expect all the banners, images, and links to work. While the current site might be database driven I can work it if the files are all sent as simple .html pages. You might have to recreate some of the work.

Basically I want to tranfer the site to the new server without losing any of the information, images, etc. Please make sure all file paths are correct.

What i want to do is be able to load those products into Oscommerce, and update the products that i already have in the database, so its not just a case of uploading it, but i need to be able to select which products are uploaded from the CSV file first.

Also i need to be able to add new descriptions and change titles, categories, quantities etc before the new products are uploaded, also be able to delete products that are not required in the database. I will need the description field to be WYSIWYG and keep the formatting when uploaded.

The uploaded file will have records removed based on a suppression algorithm in our DB. The cleansed file will then be available for download and statistics as to how many were uploaded/removed etc will be tracked.

Need to be able to:

I want 200 video to be downloaded and uploaded to my own youtube account. The video’s have to be cut 0,5 second in front and 0,5 second at the back and then uploaded.

Once uploaded add a caption with website link to video (first 10 seconds and last 10 seconds).

You get direct access to youtube account. Timewise 10 video’s per week is fine. So you can batch it. But if its easy, 200 video’s in a week is also good.

* Existing Logo with new color scheme to match theme colors
* Existing Posts and pics to be transfered. Cannot be lost.

* There are other plugins that were downloaded that should be considered and I would like suggestions of any other standard plugins that we may not have considered.
* Keep in mind that we intend to have the ads on all pages, so do not omit that from existing theme.

We have uploaded several plugins that are already there. The theme that is currently there was not uploaded well, so the site never worked well. We want the site to be essentially the same as the theme Demo except for the few changes we have asked.

The profile pages of subscribers is one that should be a category of its own. We would like the ability to grant authoring authority to each profile if wanted [something that I believe is already doable], but this should not be automatic.

This site is for kids, so it needs to be a safe and secure place. Needs word filtering plugin that we have downloaded is to keep bad language out. We need your expertise to determine that. Also need a cleaner logo for it – simple but clean.
