I want programming a new script, For the images upload and sharing services for webmasters
We will provide this service, for the sites that do not possess services for images upload

The script for upload and sharing images only, direct link
Can the webmasters , the registration and created accounts in this script
After that can tack the upload code in sites or pages or blogs, And can visitors to these sites can upload the images to my servers
Difference and new I want, the webmaster can controls and manage the header upload results page, Example: 100×750 px in the header page, header only

Features necessary
*control panel for me for manage the accounts of webmasters
*a user registers, login
*after upload a picture , gets the code to place it to any forum, blog, pages, sent to friend..
*Statistics
*registration with email and password and with email validation
*Registration information is required from webmaster: *Name, *Webasite, *Email, *Password, Country, Company Name, Phone number(*are required fields)
*You can program in English (UTF8 and Templates)But please note, I want conversion to my language, Arabic
*code for multiple images upload and code for one image upload, for visitors
*Multi-Servers support, for images upload
*Full UTF-8 support
*image support: jpg jpeg png gif bmp tif tiff pcx swf
* 2MB for any images
*I can add images servers any time, And I can stop upload for any server
*Security, Very important
