Perform website updates for my website

I need a small amount of additional work done to my Agency website, this includes:

1, Give each user a rating
2, fix minor issues
3, improve reporting templates
4, allow images (company logo) in emails

Small project involves some bug fixing, customization, and updates installed to the osCommerce software. This site is Highly customized and I need a seasoned expert in osCommerce and PHP.

I also have another small OSC project for a Mobile Browser add-on install and customization.

I want to change the design of whole site and all page and there are few bugs in checkout process on the site that I want to fix.

Need to add a new page to my wordpress theme, a page with a custom slider and testimonials as well as 3 simple edits:
